Manpants try not to be too harsh on yourself. Overall you're doing brilliantly, and you will get over this blip too. You took the time to encourage me and others even when being drawn into the spell of the Sauvignon blanc which shows how great you are and will continue to be.

thanks CathyBird. I drove so other half could drink. I sat with soda water. Now back in and def not drinking tonight. Feel so much better for being back in control (trying to tell myself that at least).
So 23/28 achieved in reality now.
