Hope everyone's ok. I've survived my first ever Glastonbury. Woo! it was by no means alcohol-free but it was ok. Mainly because I could barely stand up in the mud as it was, let alone after too many beers. Anyway, my target for July is 21/31 please. It may be a bit ambitious as it is the OH's 50th birthday but we will see. Good luck all xx

Out of curiosity as you have been doing well this month MP - congrats by the way, its very impressive, are you still getting regular cravings? I was surprised to read that as I "assumed" after so many weeks now it was habit to not drink. Sorry that isn't coming out right, but I know what I mean.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
+ 1 day please Shaggy.. Nearly gave in a few times this evening, but glad I didn't. Just used my tactic of eating dinner early with the kids and the craving goes (usually), plus not having any wine in helps. There is a bottle of Kopperberg in the cupboard, which I have recently discovered a liking for, but I can really only drink one bottle before having enough. So its self limiting and not so strong as wine. Prefer wine though.
Please can I set a target of 15 for July Shaggy. Thanks.
