Morning Everyone,
Monumental day today. I'm sitting here watching the results & debate. I don't know what to even think. I was a staunch "remain" voter. I could argue my point and my reasons "why" in a measured civilised fashion but I don't think it is for here.
Went out the other day with BF and although I drove I used it as a cheat day & as such had Prosecco and a beautiful, expensive bottle of red wine with dinner (homemade chilli burgers with all the trimmings!) once we got home that night. Very civilised, drank water and didn't end up sitting on my own drinking until 3am. In fact, went to bed and slept through the entire storm which had raged on for hours.
21/28 AF still.
Hope you all are having a great day and finding the strength to "stop" drinking today if you are finding yourself on a drinking roll. I know that feeling so, so well.

Morning all. I didn't post but yesterday didn't drink a drop so 13/15 for me.
ManPants, I'm with you, very strongly "remain". I don't think by and large those who voted leave did or could argue their point in a measured and civilised fashion, though the remain side didn't put their case forward very well either. I'm now thinking I should move to Scotland!0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Congratulations to all those who managed to stay dry through the referendum result whatever way you voted! Let's hope the fallout isn't as bad as some have predicted or we'll all be hitting the bottle! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Afternoon All
22/28 AF
So, now I am seeing on social media and in 3 cases to my actual ears, people are saying that they voted "out" as they didn't think it would happen. Really??
It's done now and we have to crack on with the consequences never mind petitions and further referendums.
Stay strong everyone. Its not worth a drink as we need our wits about us.
July Goal 29/31 PLEASE Shaggy.
