Hmm. I had guests at the weekend and it wasn't AF but it was ok - I did drink Friday/Sat and Sun but I was comparatively restrained. BUT .. the night before they arrived I drank a bottle and a half of red wine, at home, by myself. No reason. That's the behaviour I am more worried about. I need to recount my AF days - I have got a bit lost.


I'm going to Glastonbury on Wednesday so I will post again when I am back.

Just posting and running because I've got a lot to do in a very short time. The dog needs complete rest for six weeks, so we're off to the beach chalet for a stair-free break. It's a toughie, but someone's got to do it. See you all in about a month's time.

Morning all - hurrah for the great British summer!! Way too wet to go to the allotment as I planned, at least so far. 10/15 for me please Shaggy.

Over the weekend I had a friday night out & friends visiting & staying Saturday into Sunday (the ones whose wedding I played up at) then a leaving do last night as well and all successfully navigated whilst alcohol free taking me to 19/28 AF so far this month. Definitely won't drink tonight either.
