    +1 please Shaggy.

Feels like I am not getting anywhere this month.

Just down and fed up. Hopefully a few AF days will bring me round. Its not just the alcohol but in general.

No news from Piggles sadly. Piggles! We miss you!

Will miss Honey Bear too, on her no doubt much-deserved month off.

    Anyway, 11/15 for me today.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I'd have to add - the UK is stunning

Agree with this. I love the Atlantic Coast, Cornwall. The Lakes obviously. If you like English History - Canterbury, Winchester, Durham, York, Ludlow and Chester are all places I love. Brighton & Bournemouth too.

I'm sure there are many more places other people would mention.

    Hi Everyone,

First AF day yesterday in over a month :( Not really sure what happened, there was a holiday in the middle, and it's taken a 10 days after that to have a night off. Looks as if the AF days never really got off the ground in May with only 6 in total. Feeling a bit rough today, presumably flushing all the toxins.

Hope everyone is doing well, I'll try and get time to read back later today. I've not even been checking in on the thread - too guilty to read when I'm not AF.
