No not given up yet
I am two weeks in to doing Ripped in thirty and buns and thighs, I alternate them daily. I think it is about time that I moved on to level 2 of each now although I have just had two days off due to having visitors so maybe one more day of each at level one and then go up a gear! 0 -

Eeeek I did start and then was quite busy and ended up dropping off and although I would say the bit of tone I got hasn't gone, I do need to get back on with it!! We have quite a few weddings to be attending this summer and also hoping we can book a holiday (finding the time to fit it in is the trouble), so want to be in shape!! I don't have much actual weight to lose, maximum of 1/2stone, but it's tone I am lacking. Reading through this has made me think I best crack back in with doing it.
My OH does press up's and sit up's most nights as he works quite late at times and can be up early so this is what he can fit in and I do them with him sometimes, although not as many and not proper press up's haha.
I will have to keep popping back on here to report my progress and you'll have to keep pushing me along.
Did anyone do the meal plan that comes with it? I thought it would be too hard to do that to so I just eat generally healthy.Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
