I did it last year and couldn't walk without limping for about 4 days afterwards lol. Your body soon gets used to it though!Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0

I tried to start a few days ago and didn't get past 8 minutes - I am still aching from that!!
Will keep trying though - Google "30 Day Shred before and after" and that will definitely motivate you to keep going!0 -
I used it for a while last year and I really liked it, however pregnancy put paid to my efforts. It is however sitting waiting for me to recover from childbirth and I am sure it will help me shift the baby weight when I am ready.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

I love it, I do it when I can't get to the gym

At some point soon you won't be able to go downstairs for a couple of days. You can get upstairs, but you can't get down them again!
Keep going through the aching, it goes away. It's your muscles growing.0 -

I am on day 3 of level 1I am finding it ok, so far. Hate the cardio more than anything! I am using 8.4lb weights but only because I have been using them for the past year or so, so not struggling too much there or with the abs. The place I really feel it is in the bum!! Feel totally motivated though and can't wait to see what the end measurements/weight will be

Brilliant! Are you doing it daily? Got to be honest, I have only be using bottles of water instead of weights as didn't think too much about how much proper weights would feel like. But then in Tesco earlier I picked up some weights. I have clearly been taking the easy road!
Did you do your measurements and pics before you started?LBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0 -
I hope to do it every day, but as it is. only day 3 lol. Yes I have done the measurements, had the weigh in and taken the photos, just hope there is something to show for it at the end;)
How about you?0 -
This might sound like a stupid question, but do the exercises in this dvd require a lot of floor space? My living room is tiny and I don't want to end up kicking ornaments off the bookcase in my efforts to get fit
I've had exercise dvd's before that do need quite a lot of space to practice and I don't want to waste money on something I'm not going to be able to use.
Also, although I'm not hugely unfit I find press ups etc virtually impossible, would this be a problem for me or does that not matter?0
