Good morning
So a fairly good weekend. Saturday ex and his new OH came round to pick some of his stuff up, looks like they will be getting more soon, its looking goodNow just need to find £50k to be able to take on the mortgage by myself :rotfl:One day!!
Was a NSD on saturday, did some surveys, dinner from freezer.
Sunday not so good, went shopping  bought some new trainers which were desperately needed, luckily the ones that fitted were the cheapest in the shop, few new t-shirts, some work shoes and some body spray, total spend about £100 so could have been worse. All went on debit card so slightly more in OD. Also bought my mum a coat but she has given me the money for that. Bought lunch out but used cash from money given to by ex.
Ebay few more watchers so hope to make a few pennies there, hoping to be able to get a few more things listed on there this week. £2.74 landed from quidco so has been sent to my Bcard. All going in the right directionDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Good morning
Another day a few more pennies to make!
Have updated signature, am very depressed that the actual total since January has only decreased by £70 odd, grrr, need to really get on this.
Since ex has left at the weekend, have a new mindset, I really dont want to lose the house, I have put so much work into it. He popped round for 5 yesterday to pick up a few bits and we briefly touched on money but still early days. I did pick up a form yesterday to get ex to sign to take his name of joint a/c, means account will be in my name only and wont have to mess around moving all the direct debits. He signed it no problems so sending off today. The only financial tie now is the mortgage.
Small survey payment of £6 has hit account so sent to my Bcard, signature updated and shows a good startJust need to keep up the momentum.
A minimum payment has gone out for my Sains CC of £40, so will be in credit, will ring them tomorrow to get the money refunded.
NSD again today, lunch bought in and food out of the freezer. Have plenty of food etc at home and being good as to how using it up so no waste
I WILL get there somehow!Debt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Hi BB
good news on closing a credit card - such a good feeling.
I do hope you manage to sort things to keep the house - you are trying so hard I hope it all works out.
Do you still see the long distance OH? I might have missed a few posts.
Laughed about pushing hossie around0 -

Just a quick pop in, reached payout on another survey site as did small mystery shop, so another £15 amazon voucher claimed, now have £25 in a/c there
And £10 shopping voucher claimed but that will come by post so a few weeks for that.
Still see long distance OH, usually most weekends, ideally would like him to move to mine but he is not that keen due to work commute so working on himAt the moment enjoying the peace of having a house to myself and revelling in how tidy it stays

Good thing, sold a few things on ebay, some have paid and have transferred £7.20 from paypal and have sent that to my Bcard. Awaiting a few more to pay.
