    Evening all.

Hugs, sticks, spoons and vibes to all. Nothing has stuck again except

    Dusty
    - Congrats to DS2 :T:T

So there I was working away when my phone goes with a text from Ex saying change of plans for Saturday, bridesmaid dresses are in so they're off for a fitting so DD needs to have what undergarments she'll be wearing on the day with her. The little voice in my head screams "its an off the shoulder dress, she's needs a new bra, a strapless or multi-way one!" Guess what I was planning on going out and buying with her next weekend when he's not here or even on INSET on the 27th. I thought I'd have until the start of Feb to get it sorted. :o

Now trying to get DD shopping is one thing, getting her to underwear shop is even harder. So the next hour or so was spent looking through websites trying to find one that was suitable for a 12 year old that wasn't £20+ (No push-up-cleavage enhancing ones until she's 18 in this house :p). Fortunately a trip to Mr A saw that they did have the one online in stock in our store and DD likes it :D I came out of Mr A and Mr Al £32 lighter than when I left home as we did grocery shopping as well, but panic over.

However my diet has gone out the window. We had cheese on toast for tea and I've ended up snacking on jelly bean cookies, Frikadellen meatballs, and shortbread as I was craving something junky :( So fresh start tomorrow, I have work delivering books and I'm going to go return some bits to Mr A & M@talan so I'll just up the exercise and walk the long way round when I can to burn off the extra 1000 calories as the long way round for those two shops is up hill :o:o Then Saturday I'm going to take a wander into town and see whats available at the market and walk back again. ;)

Flying..hmm...I've made beds, washed up, put the chicken in to marinate that we were supposed to have for tea tonight so we'll have that tomorrow instead, and put some stuff away. So not much. Hope to do better tomorrow when I get in, first priority will be to try and find the back from DD's earring she dropped the other day. I thought she'd found it, but apparently she hasn't so its a good job I haven't vacuumed yet! :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Hello flyers,

I've been unable to keep up this week and am now full of cold. I'm struggling with various things at work too and I'm thinking of resigning. I lost my temper yesterday in a very out of character way and although I didn't say what I wanted to, I did have to walk away. I find myself wondering if it is all just too much. I'm not sure how to proceed to be honest.

Anyway, enough of that, I'm out all day today so I need to squeeze in a hour or so of flying before we leave the house. I'm going to catch up with the lists and thread now.

I hope everyone else is well and that you have had a productive week!

Morning all. Woke at 4:30 as toilet was filling constantly. Tried to get off to sleep again but didn't manage well. Trouble was, I woke on my right hand side and got out of bed to find my leg again feels like it's not in the joint properly.
Decided to get out of bed and thought I'd clear the kitchen. Unfortunately, the DW is full of dirties so I turned it on but still have dishes all over the side. TD is on and WM is on.
I'm actually dreading going into the kitchen later because DH has left it like a squat. He has got dirty food everywhere and the sink is making me want to vomit just looking at it. I'm actually at a loss what to do with him to make him see that not leaving a sink full of !!!! is basic hygiene :(.
    *AND relax :o.
My back is red raw from my uniform trousers so now all my other clothing labels are catching on it. Am really cross because the trousers are rubbish. I will be emailing the manufacturer later to complain as there must be 2000 of us in uniform at work and we are all complaining of the trousers rubbing. That's a lot of crap trousers!

Right, I think I might actually listen to Bill Withers today whilst flying. Not heard it for ages. Then I'll put the cd in the car.

Hugs to all those suffering, madammim for your loss. positivelypurple deep breaths your way, don't be hasty by walking out, walk away as you did.
Sorry to hear of unexpected bc yesterday.
Hoping tiny falls back asleep so i can shower as I'm awake early.
    Have a good day
  • Sorry flyladies, BD tried to drag me away to it's lair yesterday, so Fred and I are in serious need of a long chat later. I did sort my makeup drawer which with BD nipping turned into the Krypton factor.

Kitchen now looks like a bomb site. No nursery on Fridays for DS, and rubbish collection is tomorrow. DD4 has not stirred for Daisy yet and DS is asleep (mini movers football has actually whacked him out!)

Going to do at least HHC in kitchen although it might need a good hour to make a noticeable difference.

    Any joiners?
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Morning everyone

Yesterday I got the living room, dailies and cat stuff done and some laundry.

Went to see GS2 who is ok after his surgery and was being a typical bad patient. DD and I were so happy to see he was fine.

Today will see what I can get done this morning. Then off to voluntary job.

Hugs, spoons and sticks where needed.

    Dusty Congrats to DS2.

Hi everybody, I'm back. DH has done a lot while I was away so actually very little basics to do. Will pace myself and try and do a bit in each room today, then back to the lists next week.

(((hugs))) to any in need, Sticks thrown for BD's. Haven't managed to read back so if I've missed anything important, apologies. Here's to the first day of the rest of my life.

Bathroom and Kitchen S&S'd. All suitcases unpacked and summer clothes sorted and packed away. Bringing winter clothes back from Glasgow this weekend. Now for a freezer audit. Oh I've missed flying - very very strange me.
