Hi all - I'm late - have just caught up on thread since yesterday morning I think. Not much done here because have got the Ancestry bug again. Meeting went wll yeasterday so now trying to trace missing 10 people off our WWI memorial - have found 3 already and helped a great deal with a 4th. Stuck trying to link someone born B'Ham, married a lady from M/Chester in Ontario Canada who was a member of Canadian Army - to Thornton-Cleveleys in Lancs!!! via Aunties - none of whom I can trace marriage records. - I will get there.
Today have been flying in the kitchen batch baking for neighbour's party tonight. Belgian cake, 30 pieces pumpkin seed and raisin flapjack and 2 lemon drizzle tray bake nearly complete.
Get well vibes - well dones and whatever anyone else needs. I did read the thread but like books I read just so quickly it is in one eye and out the other!!!
Will be joining you all tomorrow - if head is OK!!!:rotfl::o

hello all
Prep afternoon for me. Spent an hour after morning work composing a letter for a PE trip to the comp, so that should have gone home tonight. Have also given copy to secretary (as we are supposed to ... but not everyone remembers;)) for when parents come in insisting their litle darling never got a letter in the first place;) and want a copy and have also uploaded a copy to website.

Afternoon all
DS2 passed his theory test, excellent news as he has so much school work to concentrate on.
DS3 has been in school all day so hopefully has felt ok.
Came home and kitchen is chill - my Aga has gone out! I have relit it but it will be a good time before it is upto temp so diner will involve toast, beans, eggs if it heats up enough for that.
Flying I have done HH tidying up and washed up. Just having a cuppa now and then to the decoration packing. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

At the local comp (I can see it from here) it used to be tradition to go to a 'burn your anthology' session on the local park after the Eng Lit exam.
DD2 got rid of hers in the summer when a shared bedroom became her own bedroom.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
