Where has the day gone:eek: My best intentions have gone out the window & I'm now sat in my office looking at the mountain of paperwork I need to do & I want to cry. I've already done a day at the paid job, but I am helping deal with my mums estate which is an emotional rollercoaster and also doing several other sets of accounts at the same time. I just never seem to get on top of it I feel totally overwhelmed tonight

I an going to focus on the positives and just keep plodding

** Sheepishly admitting that I've not flown!**

In my defence, I have been playing with my new toy, which is edumakashunal. I will have to save it for tomorrow/le weekend - and not beat myself up over it. My dailies (dishes, etc) have been done, which is more that I am used to! So, I guess you could say I've already HAD the me time. My dog (the gorgeous one, not the black one!) is feeling like an e-reader orphan, so I'm off to give him some hugs then get myself ready for work tomoz and off to bed.

    Night all!

    Hello all

    Susan belated congratulations on DGS4
CY fantastic news about DD1 - what a star she is

I've had brain fog so can't remember much else I'm afraid :o So hugs, spoons & sticks to all that need them.

I'm just done an updated Toots list - have put the things that need doing under the room headings. There is a lot to do before the house can go on the market :( but I'm not letting that deter me. I'm determined to be moved in the first half of this year so need to get on and do, not sit and think (or play candy crush ;) ) I need to fly after work during the week so that I can just dedicate the weekends to DIY.

    Flying tonight:

    LR & hallway dusted
Picture rails & skirting in LR & hallway hettyed
    Old magazines decluttered
Floors in LR & hallway hettyed
    TV unit polished with wax

    Susan - lovely news, congratulations!
CY - wow, I'm so happy to read that! Give her a congratulatory hug from me. I remember you telling us all about her at about same time my DS1 was also having health problems, and it's so great to hear (he's now fine, runs his own business from home, started Open Uni, and has lovely girlfriend who is in Madrid this year, where he has visited her twice now. At onetime that didn't seem that would be possible!)

Work today demanding but went great for once. At home DD and OH have done the main bedroom and also the living room etc.

I have done online weekly shop, and started sorting my work shelf, but got bored....

    Will do bit more tomorrow.
