Dining room de-gibbled, hoovered, table washed, dried and polished, tablecloth and placemats all back down. Spot cleaned a bit of carpet where DD4 plastic mat failed to catch a piece of dinner.
Polished DR lightswitch of finger marks
DW on, sink and drainer cleaned - more crockery soaking in nice clean sink. 2 runs of worksurface de-gibbled and cleaned.
Kitchen floor hoovered.
DD4 now sitting in highchair in kitchen watching TV so I can try and get a bit more of this room done.

DS3 not good again first thing. I have driven him to school and hope he will be ok.
Chatted to my friend with BC for an hour who is down.
Rang school attendance office to hopefully prevent any problems.

DS2 has his driving theory test later. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Update time! Soup was waaaay too spicy so just cooking a potato to bulk it out. That plus some extra water will hopefully fix it. Fingers crossed!

Test passing vibes for DS2.
Bedroom is pretty much ok; I threw a duster round yesterday, after Dys0ning the whole bungalow; and I refuse to allow floordrobes/chairdrobes to form.;)
Still missing my GUAG; it's a real effort to do anything at all, I just want to hide under a blanket.:( Not allowing myself to do so, however.
I'm trying to get a bit ahead of myself where I can - have partly loaded the WM to set up tonight; I'll need to add the shirt Mr LW takes off tonight; and I've sorted out tomorrow's meds ready to put out for us to take in the morning - mine for later tomorrow are in eggcups, to be transferred to my pill-boxes after I've taken today's.
Mr LW left early this morning, in order to call at the surgery to pick up his repeat prescription on his way to work. As he only has a perfectly common blood-pressure tablet, he can get it filled in his lunch break.:o
Mr LW has also now replaced the now repaired shelf in the lounge cupboard, so the stuff needs putting back - I may wait til tonight, and get him to go through it with me, see if there's anything we can agree to get rid of. Or I may just do it myself, on the basis if he hasn't used in ages, he won't miss it.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

In the course of the conversation, DH was very positive about living here, and I feel that since New Year he has turned a corner and really is feeling more settled at last :T I know that the BD won't give up trying to find his way back, but all your stick-throwing has been very helpful, thank you.
GWS to Dusty's DS3 , Roxy's Tiny, Juliajojo, Miss Moo, and anyone else feeling under the weather, and peaceful vibes to Nicki and Wendywitch.
I need to write a letter before we pop into town for some bits of shopping and for DH to pick up his new specs, but first we need lunch0 -
Hello flylady friends.
Belated congratulations to CY's DD. A fantastic example of triumph over adversity. So pleased for you both.
Susan A new grandson. How fabulous!
Boddy I hope DGS's surgery was uncomplicated and that he is feeling better.
Dusty good luck to DS2. How did he get on? I hope DS3 lasts the day at school.
Intensive back to back HHC's have got the kitchen, and the MB and bathrooms worthy of flylady status. I've washed all the hard floors and done 5 loads of washing.
Now to tackle some ironing.0
