    Morning all :D

scuzz - Hope you feel better soon and I'm sorry to say this (and it may sound harsh) but the sooner you kick your bf to the kerb the better. You DON'T deserve to be treated like this

Well I did manage to get a fair amount of things done over the weekend but saying that yesterday was my wedding anniversary so Mr Tink and I spent the morning shopping, followed by lunch and then home to book our holiday for next weekend

We've booked a cottage in France in the middle of nowhere so we hope we can spend the week getting our relationship back on track.

As we are leaving Friday there is loads to do especially considering this is my last week in this job as well

Hey ho, I'm sure it will all be worth it. Hope your weekends were good but if not please take or leave the :grouphug: as needed.

It's very soggy here. Hope it holds off actually raining again until I've walked the kids to school.

Must collect my rations either by bike or on foot if it isn't raining. Then off to the farmshop in the car for fruit, veg and milk.

I need to bake a bit of something for the lunchboxes later today, not sure what yet, will have to consult with Dame Marguerite ;)

    Morning All

My last Monday work get up, getting jittery and excited!

mrs_mix - think you need to look for some Echinacea
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6231190.stm

scuzz (((hugs))) all I can do is echo what the others have said, get to the docs, look after yourself and tell someone to go and jump! Wait for a guy who spoils you rotten (with kindness and thoughtfulness not particularly cash), puts you before everything, I did and never regretted it for a minute 34 years later.

I woke up with a headache too tired mum - took some tablets as I don't do headaches, so OK now. Think I slept awkwardly. I hated shifts too, it was the only time DH and I ever argued over nothing!

Absolutely throwing it down here, has been for much of the night I think.

Wonder what state DS will get back to his GF's in - he left our car there and caught the bus to Glasto. (I told her to make him strip off before he got inside and hose him down :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ) His friends are coming back in the car and will probably bring his stuff. Wonder if the tents will ever be useable again!  Luckily not too expensive ones, and they said if they get knacked they will replace them between the 3 of them. Don't know if we actually need them now, they were from when DS used to go on holiday with us and he slept in a tent rather than the caravan.

That's what we are here for Amie there are always people like that, and its very frustrating when people aren't careful and have a child they don't want when there are those who can't have and would love them.

Well better get back to work, unfortunately cannot switch off, even though finishing, plus still trying to sort out my office with 30 years of junk!

Take care and (((((((hugs))))))) all round

    Scuzz ((HUGS)) take care xxxx

Kathy - yes, i did miss Saturdays post, but i dont think the smell is coming from the WM, both the DW and WM have been cleaned (hot washes, vinegar, special cleaners) and smell lovely when you stick your head in!!! Ive moved everything in the kitchen (WM, DW and freezer included) and cleaned everything, but the smell is still there - ive also been cleaning the drains outside with bleach and boiling water, but still no joy. Not sure what else to try!!!

Found out on Saturday that DSs football team want to go to Spain in the Whitsun week in 2009, just when we were planning on going back to Disney - so we may have to bring the trip forward, so a major tightening of our belts is now on the cards (and hopefully i can save enough Tesco vouchers too!!!) Will be lovely having 2 wonderful holidays to look forward too (and still need to save to visit my lovely friend in Oz!!!)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    :hello: Morning!

(((Hugs))) Scuzz now off to the doctors and start to put yourself first. I suspect the combined stress of a job you are unhappy in and a bad relationship are behind this. I know it will be difficult for you but take this as a warning and make some big changes as soon as you are able. Your health should be your priority now. It plainly isn't bf's so ditch him asap and give yourself a chance to find Mr Right. Sorry if that sounds abrupt but we are saying this because we care, I would say the same if it was my dd. More (((Hugs))) cos I think you need them right now.

Yesterdays rain meant no gardening for me so I sorted out the conservatory which was in a right old mess. It had become the dumping ground for tools, seeds, a bag of compost:eek: It is now much better, tools etc out of sight in a box and potted plants tidied up on the window sills, floor clean and shiny, sofa with a clean throw and cushions and coffee tables clean and where they should be with space even for a coffee cup. I love the sound of rain on the roof of the conservatory so think I will head there with my book later.

Rain also meant the Ruby wedding garden party we went to became an indoor party but very enjoyable and of course we drank far too much wine so a wee bit fragile here:o I suspect I am not alone as everyone there had a great time.

    Breakfast - HM Muesli
    Lunch - tuna salad
Dinner - Roast turkey (had to hook it out of the freezer to make room for all the costco shopping), steamed veg and hm aunt bessies roast spuds followed by hm fruit salad

    have a lovely day

    Catz x

Morning all and hugs to all who need them

exoh came "home" from glastonbury some time in the night - must have forgotten that he doesn't live here. He has rather optimistically put some muddy stuff in the washing bakset and also trudged wet muddy boots through the house before leaving them outside the back door - why - the damage was done by then. Well the washing machine is still broke but with any luck an engineer will come today.

    have a good day

    Morning All

Big (((hugs))) Scuzz - see your docs and then just slob out, your mind and body need to chill and catch up with yourself - hope you feel better soon.

OH has taken DS to school and its peaceful here at the mom. Sun keeps popping out I hope it will stay out for a while as I have got a wash load of jeans on and they take ages to dry inside.

Plan for today is a little bit of housework, laundry and paperwork. Have got one laptop out for paperwork and one out for internet. Hoping that PC man can come out today to sort my wireless network. Need a few bits from the shop as well, will make a list and if its little will nip down to my local shop which is dearer but there is no temptation there. May have to resort to Asda but will have to be strict with myself. Need to sort out this weeks meal plan - last weeks went completely out of the window.

Am starving now, think will make some toast then ring PC man.

    Have a great day.
