    Minor progress this weekend:

    * Got rid off some dust when I hoovered.
    * Cob webs have been removed
    * More packaging material in the recycling bin which is being emptied this week
    * A form has finally been completed and will be postied tomorrow
    * Tenancy paperwork from an old property has been shredded
    * An unloved black purse (looks like a wallet) has been given to OH for him to use, he is well pleased with that.

Our decluttering efforts should increase soon since we are hoping to move in the next few months.
No toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23

Loads of eBay parcels going out tomorrow :T

Also, thrown away some OOD chocolate  How on earth did that happen ? Only working Friday next week, so lots of decluttering time.

Garden finally decluttered and looking lovely. The trick is not to get overwhelmed and disheartened. Keep chipping away everyone

So impressed with the positive attitude here!

I was just thinking that luxor :)

Really does make me more motivated to do more.
Today me and OH are exhausted but feeling very happy.
Lots done in the garden and OH over the last two days has painted the brickwork arches over the windows and doors.
I took three trips to the local tip or dayno (sp) as we call it, and took lots of wood, plastic tubs and bowls from the garden that we grew small veggies in but had split, and 2 chimeneas that were past their best, will get one of those fire pit ones instead.
Back at work tomorrow after being off for half term and I
actually feel like I had a good productive week rather than letting the days pass by. Took time out to visit close friends too and last night me and OH went to see Ken Dodd! Admittedly my parents and in laws God bless 'em would have loved it had they still been here but I wanted to see him before it was too late, I think he's one of the last great comedians from a gentle era of comedy. Not one swear word all night, some great jokes and songs too and he had us all in stitches. Think me and OH were maybe two of the youngest there :)
Hope everyone else has had a great weekend.

DH went off to work this morning with two suitcases full of stuff for the CS - hope the neighbours don't think I have thrown him out (wish I had smileys!)

One of the small chests fitted into the car, so that is off to the CS today too.

Another 10 items into CS bag

Large (broken) stacking box ready for the recycling centre

25 items now listed on eBay.

Sorted last drawer in bedroom: 8 garments into fabric recycling bag.

Ortho inserts binned as no longer needed (yay!)

11 magazines ready for next CS run.

Found several items that had been missing for a while - including my class photos etc. Now put in the right places.

Still a long way to go, but feeling much better about the journey now.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.

Well I was on a roll! I put some bits on our local Freecycle and they were gifted to a couple of people and no one has turned up for them when they said they would. Grr! Some more bits have been taken to the tip though and I have sorted out some bits from my car (that i didn't know were in there!) x
