Hi all
I posted quite regularly last year and then the decluttering ground to a bit of a halt but now things are getting serious again and a major overhaul of stuff is needed. I can hardly get clothes in the wardrobe and am getting fed up. I have a small pile on the bedroom floor of things for the CS - a beanie hat, exercise crop top, a jumper, a book.
Other bits that need to be freecycled I think are a light timer, about 6 nail polishes and a pair of 5kg dumbbells. Also thinking of getting rid of one of my hula hoops as I have a weighted one so don't really need the normal one.
One thing that annoys me about freecycle is the posts have to wait ages before being moderated and posted. It would be good to have the posts appear instantly so things could be collected the same day or next. So if I am decluttering on a Saturday and post things it would be nice to have them collected on the Saturday afternoon or Sunday while I'm at home. I don't get home till late during the week so stuff has to sit there another week and people are kept waiting.0 -

Have you tried gumtree? They have a section where you can offer goods for free. I did this a few month back and got rid of quite a bit.

I got rid of some recycling and the rubbish.
I found some ribbons that I really won't use so they can go, an old dog dish that has seen better days went out too.
I have some teeth whitening stuff to use up and half a opened face mask that I will use tonight in the bath.
My husband's friend is taking some of his old computer games and we also have a tin of biscuits to give away.HOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

I tackled the bookcase yesterday, and there's now a big bag of books and DVDs for the CS. I didn't stop there though, a pile of magazines went out, then I went through the cupboard full of board games and table cloths. Who needs 2 Trivs? Not me any more. That yielded another couple of bags for the CS. I now need to move onto the bedroom, but I think I might need to work up to that one!0

Hi all
One of my many New Years resolutions is to keep my bedroom and kitchen tidy. These 2 rooms are the ones that seem to get most cluttered.

2015 - No Clutter To Be Seen.
Aspirational title, obviously. I'm moving over there for the new year. Anyone want to follow me with their bin bags and determination?
