  • Hello all, could I join in please?

I've spent the last couple of days taking a couple of hundred books to CS. Finally dawned on me that I will never get round to reading them. Feel so much better now that I actually have lots of space on the bookshelves. However, am not going to be buying anymore books until I've read the ones that I've kept - need to sign up to the DFW challenge.

    Best wishes,

  • Oooh, hello to the new declutterers!

I've been job hunting, and haven't had too much time for decluttering recently, but did manage:-

    312. Miscellaneous bits and bobs to electrical recycling bin

I have a small bag of stuff in the boot to take to the charity shop at the weekend, but it doesn't look as though I will be able to reach my target of 365 items in 2014. Still, I'm quite impressed with what I have managed, especially since I declutter continuously! I must look at actually buying less stuff, I think .... !
Enjoying the power and freedom of letting things go.

I got rid of the old knives as I bought a new sharp set. I also decluttered some paperwork to the recycling bin.

I was given 7 photo frames 13 years ago, 4 of these I never even opened.

The four have gone to my daughter as they were the size she wanted and the other three to a charity shop. Also she took 2 others that I didn't need that I probably bought before the others.

Very happy to have decluttered these as I would never have used them.

I still have a few others that I need to deal with. I prefer my photos in albums now.
