Welcome Aimee !
I've done a few bits over the last week or so
27 2 x DVDs – eBay
28 4 LP’s sold individually – eBay
29 P & O Cruises slippers – eBay
30 Batch of 20 LP’s sold as a lot – eBay
31 2 jigsaws – eBay
32 Old paperwork – shredded
33 Old desk fan – electrical recycling
Its slow these days..... I almost long for the days when I had much more clutter, as it was such fun getting rid of it!
But the fact that I'm not so cluttered now, shows that the work has paid offEarly retired - 18th December 2014

Gaining inspiration from this thread, can anyone recommend where the best place to sell a load of football shirts might be?
I have at least a bin bag full of shirts, most for the same team spanning the last 15 yeas and I have no use for most of them. Ebaying seems the obvious option but time consuming and/or expensive if sold individually or as a job lot.
I've seen a few sites that offer to buy footy shirts, has anyone used one of these and we're they any good? Any other suggestions, I'd like to get some sort of money for then rather than giving away if possible0 -
Welcome Aimee - you have got a lot on your plate - hope this thread helps you.
Goldiegirl - I feel the same, I've decluttered so much, I don't have that much left to go! Well, maybe it's that what's left is the stuff that needs the really hard decisions

79: CD-rom and instructions for a wireless mouse we no longer have - recycling/bin

Welcome to the new folk. Glad you are getting inspiration. This thread certainly spurs me on.
Packing for a 4 day break I have disposed of several old and tatty wash bags and make-up bags, three packs of very dried out facial wipes and two old toothbrushes. The toothbrushes however get put in the cleaning box for a while. Very useful for cleaning nooks and crannies!0 -
Welcome all new comers. Been to the tip this morning with seven, yes seven bags of rubbish ! Also taken some cardboard for recycling.
There is a space in the kitchen next to the freezer that I want to sort as it will be the ideal place for the hoover. Just having a cup of tea and will tackle it in a mo.
Since the New Year I have managed to sort loads, but there is still loads leftYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Thanks for the welcome everyone! This thread has inspired me! I tackled the main bedroom today - it's always the last one to get looked at as it's ours, and no-one but us go in there. It's normally full to bursting with no floor space. NO MORE!!! I have the clothes that all need folding/putting away which are currently on the bed, but everything else has a home now, even if it's in a box labelled 'to be sorted'. So pleased! :j
Found 2 books to possibly sell and a dressing gown that no longer fits youngest to put on ebay! 3 boxes of rubbish to sort through ready to take to the tip (not sure when, may try to squeeze it in my black bin as it's mostly paper) and 3 things to put up in the loft space tomorrow that as still down from Christmas (decorations and a rocking reindeer).
Off to make celebratory jam tarts with eldest now while tea cooks lol :rotfl:Changing my Family's Future!! - Starting again!!!!

Update from me:
96. 5 magazines put out for recycling
97. Manky dummy of grandson's binned
98. Altered picture frame given to friend as a present
99. Bag of buttons given back to friend who let me go through them
100. Pair of broken earphones of hubby's (I accidentally hoovered them up and the ear bits came off the wires)
Made it!!! 100 things gone forever..... now to start on the next 100!
Loads of things have come in over the past couple of days: my daughter is getting married in June and I said I'd do the table centrepieces, so picked up a load of sample items from Ikea last night. None of them are really suitable so instead of finding homes for them I am going to take them all back next week and get a refund. I also bought a couple of dresses in the sales today, but will go through my wardrobe and sort out 4 items that are too big for me now.
I'm also on the craft destashing group and have been using up craft bits as well, but I'll only count those if I gift them and get them out of the house.
So.... 100 out of 100Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

is the craft destashing group on facebook or is it a thread on here please? Craft destashing is something I really need to get into... don't throw the string away. You always need string!
