Not aimed at anyone in particular, but do people really donate used underwear to charity? _pale__pale__pale_

I have taken 4 bags to the charity shop today, the only reason I have donated my bras to them is that oxf*m send them to overseas countries as the women out there just hang loose at the minute. The ones I've donated have all been only worn a couple of times (I've changed size) and have been laundered.

So far this week I have managed to:
    * Drop off OH's winter jacket at CS
    * Donated OH's dressing gown (too small for him) to a work colleague who collect items for a local charity.
    * Used up an unloved conditioner as a toilet bowl cleaner
    * A magazine was donated to MIL
    * A plastic container where the bird food has got mouldy has gone in the bin.
    * I hoovered this morning so got rid off some dust
    * Also, at last I am catching up with all my washing

    Happy decluttering everyone

Having sorted under our bed I can add the following to the charity box:

    Christmas decorations
    Christmas cards
    Double bed sheets
    2 x books and
    2 x jumpers

I need to start on OH's clothes now, trouble is he's a hoarder so this will be an interesting task

My Mum works in a charity shop, and says clean, but unsaleable, stuff like underwear is donated to the rag man. So yes, bag up the holey socks and underwear, mark it as 'clean rags' and donate it.
Enjoying the power and freedom of letting things go.

    5 more today:
    291. mouthwash lid (free gift) - bin
    292. keyring - cs
    293. keyring - cs
    294. laces - cs
    295. pens - bin
I feel as if I'm getting my mojo back - sorted 2 drawers in my ds bedroom resulting in a whole box of pens to be tipped plus various other miscellaneous bits and bobs. I'm hoping to go through at least one drawer a day.
