    I very much doubt it even if prices did fall you will still be waiting for them to fall further.

    No, there are certain conditions where it would be pointless to avoid buying, but we are not there yet.

    There would have to be real value in the market, and people selling would have to be at the point where they realise that this is the price level they can hope to sell at.

    Hamish bought in 2007 though, he has a LOT of debt to get through :beer:

    But surely you don't know if / how much..he may have overpaid.

    I took a 15yr mortgage out...but it sure as heck won't be still in use then , I hope to have it paid before the fix runs out. Well..i will.
    Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.
