    I'm seeing a red hot market in North London as well. Queues of people on Saturday and last Saturday looking to buy my fiends house nearby but he can't buy himself, he put in two offers for asking price in Winchmore hill and got refused and currently has two offers for his place at asking price on the table already.

    This is the 500 - 700k 2 - 3 bed house bracket.

  • Hopefully this is just a January rush and prices will drop next week! I dislike the way they fit all viewings into an hour slot resulting in pple queuing outside to view; artificial demand.
