I have to ask if anyone else has tried phoning the helpline. I have spoken to them three times and they are shockingly rude on the phone from the moment they answer before they even hear what you have to say. I know the holidays are a bargain but I think I'd frankly rather pay more to deal with a holiday company that doesn't treat you like you're a lowlife...0

Has anyone actually got a break for £10 a person. I'm looking at the parks list and most of them have a service charge, is there any that you dont have to pay extra
No, for four ours as cost £128.05 for the accommodation, service charge, linen and entertainment passes.
I also need to add a 3 year old so will be about and addition £17.50 with linen. So on average it is about £29 per person.0 -

Most of the parks in the Sun promotion only offered true pay only £9.50 holidays on selected out of season dates. These were mainly in March, I have just done a quick search and there are still some parks that still have availability for them at that time of year.0 -
I haven't received confirmation from the site as yet - is this normal?0

Yes, I got one of the Hoburn sites for the last week of September. No service charge, no entertainment pass charge. Total cost for 4 people £40.25 including card processing fee.0 -

It depends on the park and the time of year you've booked. My Feb break arrived very quickly, my confirmations for March, April and May breaks arrived earlier this week. Still awaiting on September however.
Anything up to three weeks is normal.0 -
Got mine for our weekend in may in the uk, but our European one for
October usually arrives middle of February.0 -
Managed to book a Sun holiday last Wednesday (Yay!) thanks to you good people on this forum
Just wondering when payment is taken. Still waiting to hear from the park directly to invoice me for service charges/passes which is fine but received payment confirmation which still hasn't been debited from my account ...0 -
Anyone know how to pay the balance of the holiday pls? The invoice says "pls see overleaf for payment methods" - but overleaf is blank lol. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

I usually pay by debit card over the phone by calling the park itself.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...
