OK to repost my list I hope?
Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
I'll add too that my kitchen is my dining room, it is pretty big
Level One
[strike]Clean floors[/strike] Vacuumed and mopped kitchen and hall so far.
Level Two
[strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/strike] this was a bit grody - lots of crumbs under appliances
[strike]Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances[/strike]
[strike]Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front [/strike]not much food in fridge but found some elderly yogurt that needed chucking!
[strike]Wipe dining table [/strike]
Level Three
[strike]Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round[/strike]
[strike]Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required[/strike] well i vacuumed the sill and the window is still clean inside despite cats looking out of it
[strike]Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky [/strike] *edit* done it!! [strike]still needs doing - have mildew in there[/strike]
[strike]Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week[/strike]
Extra Mission:
Choose one or more of:- [strike]Wipe the outside of all your small appliances (kettle, toaster etc) [/strike]
- [strike]Take a duster and wipe around the tops of your door frames – as many as you can manage in 5 minutes [/strike] well just the kitchen/ hall doorframes and top of door, did a quick feather dust of the door itself too
- [strike]Use a wire coat hanger and a duster to get down behind the radiator and get them bits you never normally reach[/strike] I'm another with no radiators
- [strike]Clean under small appliances and bigger ones if you can manage it[/strike] I moved the fridge and washing machine - the fridge was still fine from when I moved it a couple of months ago but the WM was awful underneath!
I'm tired now, I have noticed a touch of the old martyr rearing her head when my daughter made a comment in jest and I snapped her head off. I'm fine now I have noticed it, had lots of cuddles and giggles with hubby ::)
I'm really enjoying this threadWill clean out the WM drawer tonight in the ad breaks while I make drinks!

See some people have real problems with rain whilst the bloomin londoners stick up umbrellas during rush hour for a tiny bit of drizzle - get a hat and stop poking me in the eye!
Kitchen done nearly all the way to level 3 and ive started writing down the lists and sticking them up in the appropriate room so everyone knows what needs to be done each day. for instance DOH can see that after loading the dishwasher every night he needs to wash up everything that didnt fit in there and not leave it in a pile in the sink for me to do. Oh what a happy mood i am in todayMillions long for immortality who don't know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.0 -
oh bum.... we need milk.. and its still raining!!!!! I am going out in my flipflops!!! shoes are simply a waste of time.. mind you so are clothes.. well so much for not reading or posting all week - just popped to see tomorrows list and got caught up in your saga pigpen - hope all improves with you and your poor mum - half an hour later and i am still here
right best be off to do my kitchen then0 -
Really sorry to hear that it's so wet with you pigpen. Hope it starts to dry up soon. We've had rain all day but although the garden is very wet we don't really flood round here. I've had a phone call from the hospital i'm going to in the morning to ask me to phone at 6am as they have quite a few trees down and lots of water problems. To start with I was annoyed as it's taken lots to organise my children whilst I go in but then I read about that poor man who died and it puts things in perspective. Stay safe everyone xxJanuary budget

oohps flying hasn't happened this evening, as I've ended up with 2 more rats. Their cage was being offered on freecycle, when I enquired about it I was asked if I wanted the rats too. I have no idea what was going to happen to them otherwise. So I now have 2 big squishy males as well as my 3 girls.
Right time to finish off the kitchen and stuff. Back laters and I'll catch up on what everyone has been up to and hopefully pigpen won't have been washed away before then.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0
