Accept the license agreement and download Java from here:

Windows x86 Offline 27.7 MB jre-7u45-windows-i586.exe
Install Java & then try again to uninstall Vuse.
Don't worry about WinPcap

Did you uninstall one of either Avast or MSE?
If you're happy....
Create a restore point:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/create-a-restore-point
Then delete all but the most recent restore point:

I actually uninstalled avast as I had only just installed it a few days before, I have used MSE for ages.... is that what you would suggest or shall I get rid of MSE? and use another one?0 -

- Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button
. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup. - If prompted, select the drive that you want to clean up, and then click OK.
- In the Disk Cleanup for (drive letter) dialog box, click Clean up system files.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. - If prompted, select the drive that you want to clean up, and then click OK.
- Click the More Options tab, under System Restore and Shadow Copies, click Clean up.
- In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, click Delete.
- Click Delete Files, and then click OK.
