    Congratulations on moving Nutella.

Izzie wouldn't settle when we went up to bed at 10 last night. She fought her sleep for most of the day as well. But then she slept from midnight to 3:30 when I woke her for a feed as my boobs were soaking the bed, then again at 6:30 I had to wake her again. I think most babies have the fussiness before midnight though don't they as the milk is different or something?

Welcome Kerri :) tbh when my boy was tiny his fussiness was whenever, wherever! I know alot of babies tend to cluster feed in the evenings, but G was never particularly fussed about that. I could never wake him for a feed either, if he was asleep then that was that, there was no waking him til he was good and ready. Generally about 3 minutes after I'd dropped off!

We are now officially over run with Bob the Builder toys, got another couple from the carboot this morning. He loves them so much though its worth it. When he saw them at the stall he went straight over, sat down and was driving them around on the floor!

  • Hi ladies

Nutella, amazing news! And so quick too! Not like my year long process haha! New house sounds exciting, will you be near to LO nursery and your job?

Katie, Aiden has a similar obsession with Peppa pig...namely George pig. If we see anything with Peppa on he is straight over!

Hope you are all ok, I have been cranking up the healthy living lately. Did an early morning swim today and have been doing a fitness dvd also thinking of doing some running - really want to tone up for a night out in March.

Ill read back now x x

Huge congrats Nutella! !! Afm...lo is being a smiley little sweetheart today. Had 2 crying spells as a result of being tired but Monday is cleaning day and he's kept himself occupied on his playmat for an hour (obvs I'm close by) so I'm very impressed as last week he wanted mine and oh attention every minute. I'm so tired though today I feel so guilty saying it but I wish someone trustworthy could take lo for half a day so I can have a break. I've been fantasising about it for a week but there's no one other than oh and he's so busy with work !

First day without daddy today, he's taking a second week when she's 6 weeks old. I've managed to brush my hair, burn hot cross buns in the toaster, use 3 nappies in one changing session and just managed lunch. At least the House is still standing and the baby's alive.

You're doing well kerri! I still haven't finished my lunch and Thomas is 8 weeks old now.

I think he has a bit of reflux. Does anyone know anything about it?

Congrats on the offers Nutella! And congrats to those who managed to get changed and/or out of the house today! A had her jabs and they don't seem to have affected her as badly as her 8 week ones so hoping she'll be feeling back to usual soon.

I decided to celebrate getting back to pre preg weight today by... Eating a whole block of chocolate and half a batch of cookies I made this afternoon that I had to buy another bar for. Feeling slightly dirty now!

Vic, Amelie has reflux, it's not terrible but I think it can be made worse by certain things I eat when breastfeeding, dairy etc. may be worth limiting those? If Thomas' is really bad I think there are various things the GP can prescribe such as infant gaviscon but this can make then constipated apparently so you might need to weigh up if it's worth it.
