I did, they didn't have his size thoughI wanted the grey brogues and they didn't have his size either so I'm going to order online so I might order the jumper too. I got a blazer from H&M and some mirrored sunnies for him so that jumper would go well with those
the stuff is awesome
they have a beige mac in ATM that I love, for A I mean ha x

Thanks ladies, just looking at Zara and H&M for lo, even though he doesn't need anything!!!!Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0

That Anchor sweater in Zara is lovely! ! LO doesn't need anything really either but I'm tempted by it just as a pull on for when it turns chilly in the summer. If I bought a bigger size it's justifiable surely! !!
urgh bad night last night. lo keeps getting up within an hour of going to bed for more milk. Last night he had cauliflower cheese for tea, then banana (which I gave him as finger food so half of it went on the floor) and then 8 oz of milk before bed followed 6oz less than an hour later!
Then he slept till five but I've got tooth ache so I was up anyway half the night!
Can I just ask what times your los go to bed and get up? until the clocks went forward lo was down at 6.30 and up at 5. That stopped for about a week where he went down at 7.30 and got up at 7 but now he's dropped from 3 naps a day to 2 so he's back to being too tired to keep up beyond 6.30 and of course is up at 5 again. truth be told the early mornings don't bother me anymore but when he goes to nursery we'll be really rushed to get him home and make tea/Bath him etc before bed at 6.30.
Not sure how to move it back without having a tired boy. We moved it by 15 minutes but in just that few short minutes he falls asleep on the bottle constantly! I've 4 months before nursery so it's no rush but I'd like to move it in good time.
He's going through a phase at the moment of only wanting to be around me and my OH. He cries when we leave him and when I take him to baby groups he hates it and cries all the way through but yet I pop him in car and he always giggles and smiles at me like 'Thanks for getting me out of there mum!' Anyone else gone through this. I'm continuing to take him places as I don't want him to have a shock at nursery where it's loud but hoping it's yet another phase as he's always been so chilled out!0 -
Bangton, I think our lo's are similar ages (we're 24 weeks) and went through the whole 'waking an hour after going to bed to feed again' during the horrendous 4 month sleep regression which for us lasted TEN weeks and we are only just coming out the other side. Maybe it's a growth spurt?
Thankfully we're back to mostly staying asleep after going down for the night (fingers crossed I don't jinx this). I've been concerned about lo's milk consumption as he's only having between 18-26oz a day but is moving up the centiles for weight?! I've tried to start weaning (blw) incase he wants food instead but having no look so far - anything he does get to his mouth he just pulls a funny face at, also tried him with a bit of pur!e and porridge but he's not interested in that either and gagged on it. I'm confused as he puts everything non edible in his mouth and sucks/chews it but the minute something has got flavour he's horrified.
As for bedtime, it can be anywhere between 6.30 - 8.30 depending on last nap and how much he wants to fight his sleep. He's then usually up between 7-8.30.
My lo has always been funny in group situations but this has been much worse lately and he will just sob and wail constantly until I remove us from the situation then he's perfectly happy. I'm hoping its a phase because he gets so upset and won't calm down until we've left and there's no chance of later rejoining the group as he just starts again. He's like this around large groups of familiar faces too, I think he's very sensitive to noise.
I think this is going to be a mammoth post!
AFM I've been a bit fed up lately and I don't really know why. I absolutely adore lo but I don't feel like myself anymore as all I seem to do is run around in circles trying to get housework done and lo is always attatched to me, god help me if I leave the room for a second. He also needs to be constantly entertained, he can't sit up or roll around yet so struggles to entertain himself.0 -
Oh that's another thing I wanted to ask. We use cloth nappies but disposables at night or if we're going out for several hours. Lately we've had lots of leaks from the disposables, wee escaping around the legs but the nappy is nowhere near full and also massive poo explosions that are going up the front somehow? Now in the past few days the cloth seem to be leaking in the same way too.
Has anyone suffered random periods of leaking nappies? Is it just due to change in shape? Also anyone who uses cloth, what would you recommend for when lo goes to childcare? I use prefolds at home and have some all in ones but I want to make it as easy as possible for her and with maximum absorbency.0 -
Hi everyone
Just a quick question for those with toddlers. Are any of you giving little ones vitamins? I have been advised to give Noah some because his diet is kind of rubbish! (Extremely fussy eater!!) and I wondered if any of you had any recommendations? I'm willing to try syrup or soft chewy tablets. Thanks.
Hope everyone is doing well. X:)DS1 10yrsDS2 7yrs :)DS3 born March 2012

Woad do you have a good baby carrier? I borrowed a mei tai a few weeks ago and it is amazing, when I have work to do I just strap c to my back and off we go, we have spend the last hour cutting the grass, we chop vegetables seek, do the laundry and generally while carrying him and it is entertaining for him.
Re nappies we are disposables here but when he is leaking alot it normally means time to change size0 -

Abidec herecomes in liquid form, I just syringe it in, when I feel his diet is lacking, usually when he's teething or sick. Get them from Boots
I've heard wellkid are good too.
I was just thinking of you the other day, how are you getting on? How is Noah? XThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
