ww Buffy, you might feel as though the sadness and loss is overwhelming, but you do have some control over it, as you can choose to defer it, and I bet if you look back, that is progress?

I really do understand though. I wonder sometimes if it will ever end. I feel ok a lot of the time, but when the sadness comes, I feel as though I will never feel happiness again.

I didn't know it was possible to hurt this much, for this long. We will come out of it though. <3 xxx

So very sad that the best years of my life on so many levels are past.

Yeah, that is what I was doing with the 15 minutes thing. It does work, yesterday and today were better. I am better with the no contact with ex.

I think the problem I am having and have had is I am feeling better for what ? or why? I do have trouble thinking my life has meaning. Guess it is a phase.

we will get through it. XX

Re the last part of your post, I feel similarly Beanie but I don't think either of us are correct.
Logically we don't know what the future brings.

So even if we feel bad I vote we work through our list, make plans and set goals and maybe eventually start to believe it all works out in the end. XXX

Glad you're seeing the value in moving forward Buffy. As for you ms beanie, what's around the corner could bring forth better times than ever before esp if you believe in karma. You're such a support, particularly to newbies, that you deserve good things.

    Tis that :)

Just discovered today that my essay has to be many more words than I thought.

Suffice to say if I pull this off it will be a miracle.

Also watched the Murdered by my boyfriend drama. That was depressing.

Made me extremely grateful that I was bought up by a man who always told me the minute a man raised his hand to me I should leave and if I couldn't leave then, wait till he was asleep and stab him. And then I was to come home. :)

thinking about that has made me cry a bit. I had a very lucky childhood.

hmm. off to write some more.

The 100 happy days challenge is a great idea. Good luck with it - tempted to do it myself actually. :)
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
