1. Mum will drive me to drink. I love her. but really! so many things I could say.


2. ex messaged. I messaged back. he messaged back. crap about football.
he hasn't answered. I am left feeling unsettled and weird.

however I did forget to say that yesterday a guy messaged me with is e mail and for some reason I couldn't log on to the dating website.


anyhow I figured I would e mail him and he has written back, nothing amazing but you know it is nice!


plus he knows what I look like and still wrote to me!

I love BTVS and it's always been my go to help me with anything TV program. Best present I've gotten is a signed picture of the cast members

I have read through your diary and I'm sorry if it seems harsh having just stopped 'stalking' you but I just wanted to jump in with the Ex is an Ex for a reason thing too. You blocked all contact with him just a few weeks or so go ago so it would be wise to do it again and even tell him to stop getting in touch with you.

Also how did your doctors appointment go?

As someone who has suffered from depression a number of times to the point of anti-depressants being the only way to drag myself out of the hole I would recommend that you maybe try them and see if they would help and also counselling. I found that they didn't numb me to the point of being a zombie they just helped me to look past the issues and handle them better. You seem to have high ups and low downs and I don't like anyone going through that when they shouldn't have to.

Sorry you're having a tough time with the ex. I agree, you should cut all contact because you only end up feeling confused if they don't reply or trying to analyse what their reply means

As you know, I am going through a tough time myself with my ex and I have come to the (hard as it is) conclusion, if they want you they will be with you and if they don't they won't. But time spent chasing the wrong thing means that you're not giving the right things the chance to catch you.

I also know how annoying it is when friends let you down/its all on their terms. One of my close friends is being like that at the moment too.

Hello folks,


yes do need to leave the ex in the past. I hadn't spoke to him via any message system for over a year and his first attempt at contact last year was met with much swearing. I don't have any phone numbers or e mail addresses and vice versa. However he got in touch via a dating website. We chatted but then I took a break to finish dissertation. He is very special to me and it feels childish to not talk to him at all.


However given that I am finishing my job and have many plans for the summer I shall leave it. If he is only talking about football then I don't know what he wants? I suspect he just wants to check I am ok and check he hadn't left any lasting damage. whatever it is I can't spend any more time thinking about it!


so I have about a week left of work and LOADS to do.


I have to think about not spending any money though. Spent on CC over the weekend as I forgot cash. oops.


ok have to go out and pick Mum's car up.


Back later post marking etc.

You need to make a clean break from ex with no more contact to firmly put him in the past. He shouldn't keep contacting you it's naughty of him. Makes me wonder if he doesn't want you to get over him.

Ugh got so much work to do first. It is NUTS.


and I can't be arsed with any of it.


Have deleted messages from the ex. that was yucky but done.


I wish he loved me. Can't believe it has been over a year. What a waste of time!


In more positive news, I have over 2000 in my various pots and 1300 soon to be 1600 is just in straight savings.


I haven't done any marking. so tired. came home, dog to vets, dinner, take mum to pick up car, me Sainsbury's(12.24) and then home. might go to bed now.


At least lunch is sorted this week.

Evening all


GOVE HAS GONE.

anyhow that good news aside today was rubbish, but I went for a long drive and chilled out for a bit.


so from Sunday I will be starting my healthy eating etc. approach to life.


I have started today taking my tablets - multi vits, vit B and evening oil of primrose.


And from Sunday it will be my easy walking DVD and walking the dogs a bit further each day!


Plus fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. one bit at a time.


And then, it will be 3 days till I finish.
