    :) thing is ultimately it is plenty to live on, part of me is p****** off but the reality is I have never chased the money. You live and learn :)

    As for the saving, we saved £1k a month for a year which gave us just enough for a 10% deposit and most of the fees on a £115k flat. It wasn't easy but luckily, we lived at my parents. How people do it when they are already renting, I'll never know.

    My current job isn't too bad really I just don't want to stay somewhere like I did before. I like coming to grips with the idea that nothing is permanent. I promised myself that I wouldn't get involved.


    Got up early, pond pump broken. Mum's car is broken. I am to be honest quite !!!!ed off today. Family stuff.
