    Buffyyyyyyyyy!!

Hiya lovely xxx Catch up properly with your diary over the weekend - just will say that I've been on a few weekend breaks on my own and loved them all and last year I had a week in Ibiza on my own and it was ace.
I've been to Paris armed with a bad bad knowledge of GCSE French and honestly barely used it.

Give me a shout if you want any more details xxxxxxxxxxxx

This is good, I don't feel so daft wanting to go on my own. I LOVE being hotel rooms and seeing new places. I shall find your diary XX

    Hiya Buffy

I can't comment on Paris specifically, never been, but a few days away on your own are perfectly do-able. I've been to Singapore and Bangkok for a few days on my own. Bangkok was most recent - I wandered around taking in the sites, in the evening I mostly went to shopping malls and had a meal there as I felt less self conscious eating on my own. Then I'd potter round the shops. In Singapore I just ate out on my own with a book and was fine.

    Gx

Wow Bangkok and Singapore! How cool! (and hello btw! how are you ?)

    Morning :)

there are two ways to cure a migraine for me,

    1. sleep for 12 hours.
    2. Get blind drunk.

    SO I took option 2.

Feel remarkably well considering and have no headache.

I am off to clean EVERYTHING and in theory spend the afternoon marking

Spent a fair bit last night. need to shop and get petrol and pay for the dogs this week. But after that I should not be spending.

The news is depressing so I am going to check my bank.

  • Wait for the after effects of option 2 to go before facing anything depressing. It'll always look worse with a hangover.

    I gardened.

    Looks so NICE :)

Got one more corner to sort out in my bit and then I can start on the rest......

Also did some house plant stuff too. so that's good. Less clutter.

Also as well as going out and about last night I also went to Morrison's and spent 37 pounds, some on garden ornaments of the naff variety. I have sheeeps! and Gnomes :) :rotfl::rotfl:

Never realised such things could make me happy. :)

Now I need a nap, and then to get ready for tomorrow.

    Half term review

    Pretty good.

I don't know if I have bored the tits off you all yet but the garden looks REALLY NICE!

I saw my friends which is good and in one case much better than I expected.

Been able to sort savings accounts out and various pots. This month hopefully I should have around 1500 in my pots.

Might be able to pay another 100 pounds off the debt but might not - with the Frozen purchase!

    Negatives

no school work done at all.

room is a mess and car is full of unmarked books :(

still this further reinforces the point that I don't want to teach like this any more.

I really want something one of my friends' has made. The cost is 18.70 and I have been lusting after it for AGES.

However I shall wait........till I have marked my coursework to buy it.

    THat should be motivation enough!
