I m glad you all said that, felt a bit daft wanting the debt gone when really it is "free" sort of and I do need savings.

I can't help but dislike having the debt, I know I have done it in the best way but it bugs the crap out of me that it is there.

SO. I am going to continue to save for the summer for the next three months so I can enjoy the summer! and then focus on paying off the debt.

Am SO tired! night all XX

By the end of this month debt will be 4100.

Long time no see, I am venturing back onto the boards. Lovely to see you are still here:)
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Glad to hear that you have had a good evening. Friends are so important and I neglect mine at times. Last 2 weeks I have caught up with 3 that I haven't seen in ages. I found that I have been spending less and eating less funny enough, wonder if it's linked at all?

I think I opened an ISA with Nationwide. I did it last year but when I bought the car I had to shut it. Any how after reading loads I decided the Nationwide regular easy access account was the way forward. I think that is what it is called! So I opened one last night... no email or anything...

I have no clue if I get a pass book? I like them. They make me feel like a kid again!

I also paid the statement amount for my Tesco's card, so that is 571 paid off. However it isn't in my original debt so it doesn't change much. Also as I bought theatre tickets it has about 100 quid on there for next month:o.

It is 20 days till pay day, I am going to scrape through this month! I need 300 pounds to get through. I have 240 in the bank.

I have had a lovely weekend socially and normally Mum has the hump - not about me going out exactly, but she gets tired and so appears grumpy which in turn I take offence at. She is trying not to and I am trying not as well! working ok at the moment.

    Plus fry up!!

  • Glad things are on the up. We also had a fry up yesterday, complete with potato bread, soda, black pudding etc. on one level it feels so bad, on another it was from the coffee shop owned by the next door butcher so it was doubly supporting the local economy.

    Excellent justification there IND :)

Well, I cleaned up the conservatory a bit and put all the gardening stuff in the shed which is now CHOCK full of stuff that "needs sorting out"

but that is half term's problem. As ever my break is going to work a miracle..........

Conservatory looks better. I should tackle the small furry creatures but might just have a nap for a bit. had a horrid tummy ache all day(check out my justification for being a lazy cow!)

also...... I pondered if I was super good I might still be able to meet my target for the 100 days challenge. I need after all my payments from this weekend go through to pay off 912 to make it...

    Watch this space!

Also does it get on anyone else's nerves that payments don't go through over the weekend? Drives me nuts!

  • Quick good night from me,

think I must be due on as am suddenly so sad about being single! Just feel so lonely and wish there was someone in bed to cuddle. I loved that feeling when I was with my ex. I also realised another poster is a great deal younger than me and I had always believed she was older as she is so sensible and determined. Now I feel like a failure, an old past it failure. am sure it is hormones! as I totally didn't feel like this yesterday!

Also I have had a lovely weekend really.

Can I come back as a man please? or actually can I come back as dog?

oo today was a NSD despite some serious window shopping online

Hugs love - you're an inspiration not a failure!

    :)

PS you're only as old as your shoe size :)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

On the plus side, you're younger and less of a failure than I am. :)

Er...that was supposed to be supportive. :o :rotfl:
