Have you had your Vitamin D levels checked Buffy? Iron levels? Thyroid checked? I know you say you hate needles, so do I, but how much better would your life be if your health was better? If we're looking at things in terms of Maslow's heirarchy of needs, health has to be near the bottom. It may not be quick or easy to get there, but if you can start to feel better physically, everything else will probably feel slightly easier.

Honestly - total overshare, but that made me gag. and then the toilet - as in they showed her toilet - it was the most disgusting thing. I know she was 74 and I think was grief stricken but her kids barely did anything for her. A local friend paid for the de-cluttering company.

    OH MY GOD.

Sorry, don't want to nag, but you seem to feel ill a lot. Push for the tests and at least, it would rule some things out.

What's the hoarding programme? Which channel was that on? I'll try and get it on catch up. I love hoarding programmes, well, I find them fascinating. I definitely have a hoarding streak in me. I'm still sorting out some of my paperwork - mostly done, but I had gas bills from 2003 for heaven's sake so now I need to finish it off and keep on top of it.

  • Once I started tutoring I felt a bit better and by the end I felt good. Sometimes I wonder if it is the depression. I have been struggling with it since Sunday and being on holiday without a routine leads me to sit in my dressing gown longer than I should! Leads to me ruminating over stuff whereas I really need to get on with something anything just to keep my brain moving.

Still Doctors are a must. If only the surgery wasn't always engaged! might try to drive there later.

Today is going to be about small victories. I got very miserable yesterday at the state of the house. My washing/ironing has taken over and there is post EVERYWHERE.

So have figured out I can clean upstairs. Move my stuff out of my room and then go from there.

but not push myself to do anything other than sorting upstairs. Will do my room tomorrow:) as in painting.

One thing, this morning I took my tea to the (again) messy conservatory, the dogs and I sat there, them sleeping me watching the fish and it was lovely :)

    catch you all later XXX

Certainly rules to live your life by I know I do :D

My other favourite is shove a t-towel over the washing up.

OR if you have visitors due, hide it in a cupboard/oven etc

We use to have a washing up cupboard so it all hid in there until I CBA to wash it.

I tackle my chores when I'm sleepy in the morning so I don't remember doing them. Or at night (same situation)

    :D

Sometimes I think I have a cleaner and then I remember I hid everything.
