    Congrats Laila P and T2D :)

I am bleeding a little bit more today, combined with the clots I have had over the last few days I am convinced I'm miscarry ing. Not sure if it's worth going to epu earlier than Monday as not sure if they'll be able to see what's happening :(

:( I think it is definitely worth ringing them to see. Hope all is well xx

Give them a ring and explain what's going on, mdhughes. If they can't see you before Monday, they can try and put your mind at ease over the phone, as you sitting at home worrying won't do you any good at all. Thinking of you, hope all is well.

Thinking of you mdhughes. This whole thing is such a rollercoaster of emotions and stress.
  • Afternoon Ladies,

Well done everyone on moving forward another week - they do start to fly by eventually!
Sorry to those who are concerned or experiencing bleeding - my thoughts are with you and my fingers are crossed all is still well.

I've just had phone call from the antenatal reception, we're going back for a rescan a week on Thursday - hopefully this time baby will hold still for the Nuchal Test Measurements to be taken!

    Alipops x
  • Mdhughes - really hope you are worrying for nothing x

She didn't say but I will speak to the midwife tomorrow and ask. From what I have read I think a LLETZ shouldn't need a stitch but I will definitely ask the question..

just delurking from the other thread to say i had 1 episode of LLETZ treatment and because of that I got referred to the consultant. I had one consultant appointment and he basically said because it was only one it was fine. he didn't even examine me or anything! iv been handed back to midwife care now and I won't see the consultant again. I was worried about it but it was a lot of worrying for nothing :) hopefully you'll be the same.

    22+1 :)

Hi mdhughes, I really hope it is nothing. Sorry to ask but have you had a MC before?
From my experience the nurses were right when they said a MC would be A LOT of blood. To the point where a pad I would use normally for my period (super absorbent, wings etc) was absolutely soaked through. (For some strange reason I felt different and put one on just in case). I'm writing this to hopefully put your mind at rest a bit. But I would still contact your hospital and let them know/hear what they say.

I left work early to get some sleep. Hopefully I'll wake up later to reply to everyone else.

    Bye,
