I only seem to get nausea when I clean my teeth.

Today was pretty crap. I had A LOT of pain that stayed despite taking paracetamol. I tried to phone the hospital but could not get through. Only a teeny-tiny amount of brown spotting today.

I had acupuncture today so hopefully that will help.

I'm going to ask the hospital if I can start to take low dose aspirin. Is anyone else taking it?

Well done to our new graduates.

Other than also being tired all the time and hungry, I also have another symptom to report - excess saliva - lovely. Which means I spit occasionally when talking - yuck.

This. Oh lord this. Why do I need so much spit? Also with the snot (again)... Only just got rid of a cold, now a new one has taken its place! :)

Me, I am taking aspirin, as advised by a gynacologist.

Ergh I am having a mild allergic reaction :(

I have v severe allergies (life threatening) and sometimes I have random reactions I can only assume by accidentally coming into contact with a trace of something.

Normally I would chug a load of antihistamines but I have been told to avoid during early pregnancy....but so unsure what is the best thing to do....mouth is swollen and itchy, rash on face and it is very uncomfortable :( I am assuming it will go away eventually but I am not really sure as I would usually take antihistamines!

    Argh :(

Is snotty nose a genuine pregnancy thing? I deffo have that. Have been complaining that I don't FEEL pregnant to OH as no morning sickness (please don't hate me for it) since I long to have some sign that everything is normal! Then I get sore nipples and have been spotting every day-This seems to be "Normal" for me-1 bout of spotting every day, only a small amount but enough to keep me constantly on the edge of hysteria-hurrah. In all seriousness though, there's no pain, it's not getting any better or worse so I'm just counting down to the scan on Monday-nothing else I can do so just got to try and pass the time as quickly and stress-free as possible!
SO pleased for those who've had good scans and lovely pics of their little ones Oh Daisiegg that sounds awful. I have eczema and went to slather on the steroid cream the other night, before remembering I'm not supposed to use it! Bless you xx

  • That doesn't sound good daisegg - were you given any alternatives to antihistamines? I thought some were ok in pregnancy?

Not much to report here, bit of nausea, some uncomfortable bloating and ready for bed - nothing unusual :0)

I'm wondering if the amount of pain I'm experiencing is due to my endo scars stretching. TeaCake, do you have endo? How are you getting on?

  • Well I for one am feeling rough, almost like I'm coming down with a cold. No idea if it's pregnancy related. My spotting is including small clots now and excited for and dreading my scan in equal measure. 6 more sleeps. How is everyone else doing? Xx
