Thanks Euro, was feeling very sorry for myself yesterday. Just going to try and relax and hope for good news tomorrow but be prepared to take what comes.

Toots, I meant to say congratulations, really hope it goes well for you x

Euro, I am the same, some days awful nausea and headaches and some days fine, can't seem to find a pattern to it so can only assume it must be little hormone surges?

That's what I'm thinking too, especially as yesterday evening I had some stretchy pains in my stomach.

Keeping my fingers firmly crossed for you for tomorrow! xx

Good luck boatgirl, will be thinking of you.

Been feeling nauseous on and off for about a week now so hopefully that's a good sign. Have had a stinking cold though since Fri night, typically over the weekend.

Back at work today and feeling a tad rubbish but wasn't sure if it's the cold or the nausea.

Popped home at lunchtime and felt a bit queasy in the car but threw up when I got indoors. Eeeek - have never been sick in pregnancy before, again, hoping it's another good sign.

    Next scan on Wednesday morning

Aaah thank you pigpen, had my doubts at the weekend but I think my cold symptoms were stronger than the pregnancy symptoms. Was wondering if it might be going wrong already but hoping today's sickness is a good sign.

Got to work in the London office tomorrow and can never get a seat on the train. Might aim for such an early train (6 something) that I can sit down tomorrow as I'm not sure I'll make it in without throwing up!

  • Gelly that all sounds positive! Make sure you look after yourself, I went to London for work a couple of weeks ago and it was exhausting... lots of water (as long as there's toilets near haha).

Feeling rubbishy today too... last full week of work this year though, got a few short weeks coming at last so will be putting my feet up where poss.

Have a good evening all x

  • Delurking to say I'm so relieved for you Gelly (Sorry, not been on for several days). Also, I regularly need to get the train to London for work, and usually just ask for a seat (I'm cheeky like that!), or sit on the floor. Make sure you pick up one of the baby on board badges from the underground stations. I know you won't want to wear it yet, but I wore mine for the first time the other day, and people do pay attention to it. Someone offered me seat when I was standing.

  • Hi all,
    Glad all is well Gelly.
Am still holding in there at 7w+1.
Scan this Friday with clinic, so nervous.
Sore (.) (.), off food atm.
Some nausea at times and strangest yet hiccups!!!
Hoping these are good signs so far

Thankfully, managed to get out of working in London today so just in the normal office which is miles easier for me to get to and from.

Only nausea today, not vomiting yet thankfully although I'm finding Polos are my new best friend.

Well done good vibes - keep up the good work, we're all in this together  (non alcoholic beverage of course!)

Got a scan again tomorrow morning at 10am at the EPU, wish me luck.

And of course, massive thank you for all your support :T
