Devil Dolly - my appetite has really been affected to, can't eat nearly as much, get full very quickly. I've lost 7lbs because of it! I do have some to spare though so not worried.

    Afternoon ladies :)
Even though I'm only just 4 weeks I've been feeling really nauseous the last 2 days. Quite reassuring as I didn't have any sickness with my MMC, but I think it's really too early so I might just be imagining it! I've been trying to get an appointment at the GP to start referral process for my thyroid condition and midwives and arrange an early scan, but the earliest routine one was next week, and every day I've rung through there's no appointments left. argh!

Hi little moog I had nausea the first few days then it returned at 6weeks and now is only in mornings or when hungry. I didnt have any massive symptoms with my mmc either, just slight nausea. Hope you get sorted with early scan, luckily I was able to ring where I had my erpc and they arranged one.

Ive been able to pick up bubs hb on my doppler, didnt think I would be able to hear it so soon.

Welcome insider. I had my boking in at 8 weeks and about 4 days later my scan letter came. My scan is tomorrow- I'll be 12+2. I'm a horrid mix of terrified and excited. Please God let there be a healthy bean in there. Will tell close family and close friends at the weekend if it's all ok. As only told OHs parents and my mum and a few very very close friends so far.

hello niptuck! Yes, I remember you. Congratulations on the BFP. I was very similar on the pill for 13 years, 2 cycles off, first trying and boom, BFP.

On the MSE front, thanks to a tax rebate and student loan rebate I'm nearly at my mat leave savings target and on payday I'll hit it. That means I can save the rest to spend on mat clothes and baby stuff.

The house is starting to get me down though. We had a wall knocked down and everything was going well but it all seems to have come to a standstill now. We can't agree on a colour scheme for the lounge yet either. I'm just trying to get things moving because I want it done for Christmas!
