I would call epu kira. Try not to panic though, lots of people bleed and everything is ok. Hugs xx
Thanks Wendz. My EPU isnt open till Monday 9am anyway, and my scan is Tuesday. I guess they will tell me to wait till then, but i'll give them a call on Monday, see what they say.Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

Kira, if you are experiencing any problems at all I would seek some assistance. If you have an early pregnancy unit at your hospital give them a call, alternatively even the maternity unit for advice, you should have a number for someone you can call in your notes. I experienced some problems in later pregnancy and didn't hesitate to call and I'm glad I did as it meant that they can keep a closer eye.
Good luck.

I had a mc earlier on this week that started with pink and progressed over a couple of days to bright red. I ended up going to A&E as my local epau are rubbish and only open Mon-Fri in the mornings and the rate I was bleeding was terrifying me. They didn't do a lot for me to be honest but it was nice to be checked over and have my bloods checked to make sure there was nothing sinister going on (infection/ectopic). They refused to scan me and I had to wait until the next morning to epau so I discharged myself so I could be more comfortable at home.
I'd say just keep an eye on the bleeding, I bled with my first pregnancy too which had no cause but looking back that was nothing compared to the bleed for the mc.

Kira, all fingers and toes crossed that it‘s not what you think, but if you are still worried, do you have an NHS walk in center close to you ? when I mc‘d earlier this year I went to a walk in clinic on a bank holiday and although the EPU wasn‘t open till the tuesday they still manged to get to speak to someone and get me an appointment for the Tuesday morning, so they might be able to bring your‘s forward till Monday & provide some advice or reassurance,0

Thanks Ladies. I'm pretty certain this is it. The cramps are getting worse, and the bleeding is now getting heavier, more red, and clots. I called the hospital antenatal and they said under 14weeks i have to go to A&E. Given they wont scan there, there isnt a lot of point waiting around for hours in pain, so i'll hang on till my actual appointment on Tuesday.
Good luck everyone. xxMarried 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

Oh Kira :-( I'm so sorry if it is. x0
-
so sorry Kira, one think to keep in mind is that when I was in the same position I did go to A&E as the bleeding got really heavy, they didn‘t do much and in the same position as you I would stay at home this time BUT they did say if you are changing pads more than every half an hour you can‘t go home, so I would suggest if you have to change more freequently than this you have to go in (it was hard to determine but I think they mean big chunky pads not always ultra - send hubby out for some if you don‘t have any) hugs. jane0

Second time round I'm really noticing the effects! Manageables with number 1 is now ''all day nausea'' with baby number 2. My bra is really struggling to contain anything, and what's that? No it's not bloating, or too much food.. it's a bump! I'm not even 10 weeks yet. Convinced I'm having twins :huh: !!!
Did anyone experience anything different second time round? x
Regarding the belly its a nightmare, at 8 weeks I was maternity trousers. I too had the thought that I could be having twins or had I got my dates wrong. Scannlast week confirmed just one baby phew! I am 13 weeks and have put 6cm on around my belly.:jMarried 16/07/2010, ds1 born 11/08/12, baby due 08/05/20150
