I wasn't going to add myself quite yet- but the list was looking a bit short.

I still need to go to the Dr surgery and register my pregnancy- I'm going to do this Friday as I'm on leave. I may ring around some places about an early scan, has anyone else paid to have an early scan? Im still undecided as to whether to have one but at the moment am swaying more to saying yes to having one

Makes me feel less lonely at the bottom Thinkpink :-)

I haven't paid for an early scan myself but know that places vary in cost. My local place where i had a gender scan for my daughter charge £75 for an early scan but some people can get them for as little as £35.

Oh and I forgot to say I had a call from the dr this week and apparently i am not immune to rubella again even though i was immunized after my daughter. I was just immune to it last pregnancy but has dropped again, very strange! Also my blood sugar level was borderline so not sure if that means I will have to have GTT.

Second time round I'm really noticing the effects! Manageable morning sickness with number 1 is now ''all day nausea'' with baby number 2. My bra is really struggling to contain anything, and what's that? No it's not bloating, or too much food.. it's a bump! I'm not even 10 weeks yet. Convinced I'm having twins :huh: !!!

Did anyone experience anything different second time round? x

Ringtobe, definatly bigger this time round, I had a flabby tummy anyway and my muscles are still non existant from c-section last time, but I would say that 11 week tummy is already as big (if not bigger it seems) than I was at 16-18 weeks last time. I‘m refusing to buy / wear maternity clothes yet but I have hardly anything that fits !
On the bright side, changing a few time zones seems to have confused my morning sickess completely and I‘ve felt find since being abroad (now paranoid that is a bad sign)

I have no symptoms yet apart from occasionally sore boobs and tiredness!! I have spent the last week feeling constantly tired!! They say its due to hormones but I'm sure part of it is because I keep waking up in the middle of the night thinking about the fact I'm pregnant (a mixture of extreme happiness and excitement and also anxious and worried something may go wrong.)

I've found somewhere round here that does a private scan for £65, most other places are about £100, I'm going to ring up tomorrow and try and book in. I also need to go and register my pregnancy at the GP and also cancel my appointment with the fertility specialist (that is next week!!)

Well, I think i may be about to leave you all ladies. I've not been able to shake the feeling that all isnt right for a couple of weeks. I started seeing pink on the loo paper when i went earlier today, and i'm now getting a crampy feeling. I am meant to be having my 12week scan on Tuesday anyway. Not sure if there is any point getting in touch with the hospital any earlier? I certainly don't want to go sit in A& E!
