angeltreats, if you're confessing maternity trews at 12 weeks, I'll confess I put a maternity top and trews from Debenhams in my online basket yesterday, before telling myself 8 and a bit weeks is too early

Thanks for the thoughts ladies! I've not actually been sick at all, just constant nausea. I keep thinking I'd feel better if I actually was sick. I'm eating little and often which seems to help.

Beautiful scan Tink - absolutely gorgeous!

Had MW apt earlier and she's going to speak to the hospital later to see if we'll get an earlier scan but she said it's unlikely.

HB wants to call the local private clinic in the next 30 mins to book an apt on Saturday whatever the outcome of our conv with the MW later. Here's hoping we can get an apt on Saturday I guess....

A bit of an update from me - MW called at lunch and said that we will be treated the same as anybody else and will get the normal first scan at 11-12 weeks. If at that point it shows that it's another multiple or there are possible issues, we may then be referred to a consultant and have more scans.

With that in mind, we've booked a private scan but they are full on Saturday so it's booked for tomorrow morning - eeeek! :eek:

Keeping everything crossed this time but sooooo nervous.

Angel I never thought to look on eBay, might have a look myself. Glad you will soon be able to tell people. I am tempted to buy maternity trousers at only 8 weeks!!

Love actually glad your midwife appointment went well, sounds like you are managing to get an extra scan!

Mr knight I would also see it that if the scan you have is too soon, they will ask you to go back again so may also get an extra scan.

Time flies I haven't had any freebies yet. Guess it was pretty relaxed having a group session like that.

Gelly am surprised they wouldn't arrange an early scan based on your situation. Hope the private scan goes well
