Gelly - Had a thought as I can't sleep at the moment
....
Is it worth mentioning your scan & it's findings to your midwife? She may be able to offer a scan ?If you can think it........it will happen0 -
Thanks Tink. I already have as she asked me to let her know how it went. She replied saying that's she hopes it continues into a normal pregnancy, that I just have to wait and good luck - no chance of any support from the NHS it seems :0(
She does seem very young so I don't think she's a massively experienced midwife as she called a more senior colleague about me after my appt but she's very nice which helps.
Hope you managed to get some sleep in the end!
Sorry if this is TMI but has anybody experienced diarrhoea in their first few weeks - I've had it for about 10 days on and off but it was much worse first thing this morning and I had to rush out of bed to get to the bathroom - eeeek!
Thank crunchie it's Friday - am only working the morning as I've got afternoon tea with the girls at The Grove, can't wait but will have to miss out on the smoked salmon sandwiches - booo!

Gelly, just delurking to say that I and a couple of others who were on this thread at the same time as me had diarrhoea loads during the first trimester. I was up at 2am with it every night for about a month! It is another one of those early pregnancy symptoms that no one seems to tell you about...0

Ooh thanks daisiegg, that's reassuring. Not read anything about diarrhoea, only sickness, nausea and constipation :eek:Married Sept '09, Me - 38, OH - 40, TTC since Nov '12

Hello
Please could someone remove me from the list next time it's done.
Sorry I've not been posting on here for ages but I've been suffering very badly with hyperemis.
Anyway, long story short, our 12 week scan showed that all is not well and looks like our baby will not survive the next few weeks/ we have some very difficult decisions to make.
I wish you all happy and healthy pregnancies and beyond.
