Angel, I had it too. Sometimes I felt like I my insides were so heavy it needed to come out. I also had general stretching pains and also ligaments stretching which left me walking like a cowboy for a few days.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

Monty, you have a lovely husband. The most important thing now is you and the baby.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

Monty- for what it's worth if I were you I would write down everything that you have here in chronological order. Get a copy of your work grievance procedure (if they haven't got one you can check out the acas website to see what it should contain) and nail them to an effing wall! If you can show on your chronology that there have been no concerns raised about your performance until AFTER you informed your boss of your pregnancy whack a grievance in against your manager. Put a sick note in for stress. You're protected under the equality Act 2010- here's a link explaining all of the things they can't do to you...

I hate your company (whoever it is) for you...Glad you're getting all your support off your husband though.

Angel- I was on knicker twitching duty for weeks. I rang my midwife and epu in a right flap as I was having cramps so painful they felt like the last time I had an ovarian cyst. Seriously- didn't expect the cramps! Congratulations to you as well!
Step away from the pregnancy tests now. They'll tell you nothing useful from this point on- I kept giving myself anxiety attacks comparing the darkness of lines on tests which is totally useless as a guide to anything!

Aargh, woohoo! Two totally different things I know but after another wee update I'm now THIRD on the list! It's coming round so fast!!! Sorry if you didn't want to go yet fallenarcher and lilmiss but I couldn't resist!!
Have added you angeltreats with the November date, can always update it later.
Mixed emotions today. MIL was going into hospital for an exploratory op on her heart (home again as they couldn't get it to do the things they needed to explore, good and bad in my mind), and I also found out this morning that lil sis had been rushed by ambulance last night with appendicitis. They set off on the 75 mile journey at 2315 and she got her op after 1800 today!!! Ridiculous!!!
They say things come in threes so I'm hoping I'm not going to be the third person and that all is well at my scan next week! Doesn't stop the mind from going though....must think positively! No longer ...tobe! Married 20/06/13MFW 2021 #117 £5415.40/£6000MFW 2022 #77 £3740/£3000MFW 2023 #82 £0/£30000 -
Can I join in please? Haven't posted in mse for 5 years, when I was in debt and having relationship woes.
Anyway, things sorted themselves out, and my partner of 5 years and I started trying for a baby at the beginning of March. By the end of March I found out I was pregnant!
Daunted isn't the word.
I'm a mixture of excited, terrified, nervous, bloated, gassy, sore boobs and exhausted right now :-)

So glad it's not just me getting the cramps. Not that I wish cramps on you ladies but you know what I mean
It's just reassuring.
Going to see the midwife at 11:30am today. I'm not too sure what to expect, I assume it'll be mostly filling in forms? I don't think I'll have a booking appointment for another few weeks.0 -
Hi runmichellerun - same day as me
Angeltreats - first appointment with midwife is normally a booking one but might be different in your area. Hope it goes ok! I have to go see doctor first which is happening on friday then i need to arrange my booking in.0 -
