I seem to remember fatigue at 6 week mark with dd2 as went back to version1 of this thread which I was on with her!! But also me saying no symptoms!

Two of my 3 mc's my symptoms were mad crazy! But our last mc was no symptoms then at 9 1/2 weeks all was horrific I hemoraged for over 9 hours and was rushed into emergency dept :(. I guess I am terrified beyond belief trying to find some ray of hope.

You have no idea how nice it is to read that others have down days too. I have days where I am tired and crabbit and I'm biting the heads off others for no reason whatsoever. DH gets his own back mind and then I accuse him of being grumpy! Usually the reason I'm more often than not in bed by now.

And why on earth am I sitting in a room with football on the tv on a Saturday night?! That one is about to get thrown in there too! Load of billocks.

Fairly busy day today, was awake at 7.55 as one of hubby's friends decided to text him, told him when he Eventually woke an hour later to get him told not to be so ridiculous and to respect others trying to sleep! Lead balloon moment.

Then I had to go to town and buy everything I'm needing for a bar I'm running for a three day event next weekend. I had some help from friends as hubby was tied up with another event and they wouldn't even let me lift a box of crisps! Hello. I was lifting cases of bottles weighing a minimum of 9kg yesterday. Maybe shouldn't have been but it is just getting ridiculous now. Then off to the event hubby was at, and after dinner we had to go back to town to buy Mother's Day cards (bad me for forgetting the cards when I've bought the presents for HIS mother and ex wife from the kids and I don't even DO Mother's Day for my own! Never have! Although I've got to say I was a bit miffed when I noticed that there was no mum to be card bought lol.

Anyhoo, I've got grumpier as the day has gone on. I don't want to be tired anymore and I've still got 29 weeks to go and then I will be even worse as I can't function with lack of sleep!

Sorry for the moan, hope you've all been feeling a bit better tonight than me!

  • To the ladies struggling with their skin (I think it was ali...) I've found Caroline Hirons blog really useful. Pre pregnancy I had combo skin with occasional spots and oily t-zone. Found neutrogena's two in one mask/ wash really helped. When got pregnant skin started breaking out, really oily but felt tight. Off I went to hirons blog and realised I was overdrying my skin, making it produce more oil and comtributing to the spots. I started using a balm cleanser (it's called pure from m&s) and the accompanying intense moisturiser and my skin looks *touch wood* pretty good. Might be worth a look for some advice. :)

Tcod thanks for sharing I'll definitely have a look at that tomorrow (today eek).

Sorry I disappeared after asking if we could help but looks like things have calmed down for you a bit tinkwings.

Crazy hormones today as I very nearly got upset at the hen do I was at for someone stealing the last of my water. I'd just drank from it and she grabbed it and tipped it into her wine thinking it was lemonade. She didn't even offer to get me another glass so I went to the loo and then arranged to leave grrr.

Hopefully I'll wake up in a better mood lol.

Hello all. I had an awful day too yesterday, everyone at work irritated me and I had to work 8.30-6 but was still there at 7.30 last night. I got home freaked out at oh and went to bed. Really not good. I woke up at 5am with awful cramps but I think it's because I've not been to the loo properly for five days and now I have the trots.
Remind me again why I'm doing this??!!!

Oh tinkwings how horrible beyond belief. No wonder you're having a tough pg. I think human beings are amazing at dealing with c*ap thrown at them but the unknown is particularly tough. oh if only for a magic crystal ball...

Ah ha, clearly not DH/OH day yesterday! He spent 5-7am twitching in his sleep like dogs when they dream. He has redeemed himself however with a mother's day card from him and millimeter. Plus he's just gone out to get bacon for bacon and avocado sandwiches so just off to make them.

It's funny isn't it. All that hoping, wishing and dreaming, I am very grateful but also very tired, sore, anxious and moody! monty-doggy - don't know if you were around but there was an extended conversation on constipation on this thread. I have gone down the liquorice route, others have gone for prune juice, someone else takes Windeze. Don't suffer in silence!

Scan is 22 hours and 25 minutes away. Feel nauseous just thinking about it.

Happy Mother's Day all current mummies and mummies to be!

  • 14 hours and 47 minutes. Am torturing self with memories of a roast beef dinner we had in the very early days (ovulating stage) and whether I've got toxoplasmosis. Plus am less nauseous and tired over last 2 weeks so convinced something has happened. Then think surely chances are something good is happening than something bad. It's a very knotty, boring place in my head...so glad it's an early one. Ladies if you never hear from me after today, I have been sectioned under the mental health act!
