Sewit, I bought this bra http://www.bravissimo.com/products/lingerie/black-white-and-nude-bras/deco-soft-cup-bra/nude/fy121nud/ . I'm quite busty but I find this really comfy and still gives a decent cleavage. The lady who measured me did it to allow for more room when the bump moves up (up a back size) and up a cup size so can still wear it towards end of pregnancy when boobs apparently get bigger again (may then give in with bras and just get a wheelbarrow to push the, around in!)
T2D, good luck with the test results tomorrow. Will be thinking of you. Is op on Friday? All the very best for it. Hope it goes textbook for you.
I bought an angelsounds doppler the other day. It arrived yesterday and I managed to get the heartbeat straight away-i'm assuming it was beginners luck as the consultant struggled today as it's a wriggler! It was amazing to hear, could also make out the sounds of it sloshing around. Weird to hear movement but not see it. I'm 15+5 now so not sure when i would've been able to start hearing it. I was suprised at how low I had to have the probe though.
Apparently my overlord manager has asked my line manager if i'm pregnant. Thought I wasn't showing at all. Maybe I'm not and it's just my normal belly that he got a glimpse of. Lol.
Eta: you can take me off the list if you like so you legit <12w ladies are all closer to the top.0 -
I bought maternity bras from debenhams on a 20% off day. No wire and very comfy. They are not nursing ones though so I'll need new when baby comes.0

Peonie I'm 12 weeks today too! Glad the appointment went well. Did she say why you would get period pains now? Is it the uterus moving up?Glad the appointment went well Peonie. They don't normally let you listen to heartbeat till about 16 weeks i think.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

wnedz86 - congratulations and welcome
Tinks - symptoms vary MASSIVELY
For me, LMP was 6/1/14
Ovulation estimated as 20/1/14
First symptoms of tiredness and going off alcohol approx 28/1/14
Feb - triedness and very sore, big boobs. On off cramps. Nausea when tired, relieved by eating and preference for starchy plain carbs. I have had IBS all my life so took a while to realise that constipation, diarrhoea and bloating could be pg related. Could you have conditions masking symptoms?
Very end of Feb 5 days of nausea. My mother so relieved as it was a sign of a 'healthy pg' When it ended I called her to say abandon all hope nausea gone. Since then back to manageable nausea as before i.e. never been sick and not stopped eating or lost weight
About 8 weeks (1st/2nd week March) still tired but working long hours so hard to tell. Manageable nausea and the occasional good day. Boobs less sore. Bloating at RIDICULOUS levels. I've now developed some kind of left sided pain which either relates to bloating or sometimes feels like I've pulled a muscle.
I am not IVF so no scan yet (5 sleeps to go!) My issue with people going for early scans is that if there are symptoms such as bleeding or severe pain this is absolutely understandable. However the reason some people have to wait until week 13 for their first scan is because of other people going unnecessarily which does seem unfair. Each person is of course entitled to make their own decision based on their own medical background. I know I am low risk compared to other pg so maybe easier for me to dismiss worries.
Peonie - glad booking in went well. Wnedz is right - it is the 16 week appointment where you hear the heartbeat for non IVF. I was glad my friend warned me you don't usually get to hear it at 12 weeks and not until the 16 week mw appt (day after my bday and on my grandmother's bday for me so v exciting bday!)
MrsC - good luck surviving on-call. I have sent a wish to the powers that be that you get to sleep.
I thought the wretched uterus was already expanding at the speed of light?
t2d - ALL THE BEST for tomorrow and Friday. Not had a chance to check out your blog but will try to check here and the blog over the weekend.
My belly button which popped yesterday had gone back to normal and back to insanity levels this evening. Tinks - one day soon you too will enjoy this!Met DH to be 2010

Morning, Just sneaking in as I had a faint line last night and this morning... This will be our second baby and EDD is 2nd December.
Welcome Wendz
Good luck for scan and operation T2D.
Just ordered a 2014 diary to fill in all the little details about our IVF & pregnancy journey. I'm already starting to forget little bits so want to make sure we remember it all.
Woke up with bigger boobs again this morning!0 -
I keep having light period type cramps so running to the loo checking my underwear
still feel sick and off food and still exhausted.
Having a freak out day today. Realising how much we've got to pay out before baby comes and when I go part time how much less money we will have and wondering how we will manage!
Anyone else feel like this?0 -

Yup to both.
My light cramps eased off but it was not particularly fun from the panic run to the loo point of view.
I have started eyeballing gumtree for bargains. Sadly no relatives to pass things off (last family born in our family is a teenager now) and only a couple of friends with babies - do you know any? We bought our house and worked very hard to afford somewhere with a spare room so we can lodge out rooms (started now to help pay for kitchen). We think I can do 4 days and hoping OH can get a 3 day job. So once mini me sleeps through the night we'll get a lodger back in and hope to get by.Met DH to be 2010

We were supposed to be getting an extension built to replace our leaky horrible conservatory but with baby on way we won't be able to afford it.
I also owe £4k on Credit cards etc and want to pay this off before baby comes.
We got a brand new car in July and pay £250 a month which I'm now regretting however baby was never in our plans.
My head feels like it's going to explode with it all.0 -
Yes we've just had an extension built.
We have one car between us and not sure how that will work with a little one but on the plus side we are central so walking and the bus are options.
We have about (slowly paying off a 0%) £3800 on a cc, a payment for a sofa every month (about £2000) and £6000 to pay for the kitchen. DH finishes his degree this year (thank god!) so hoping his year out job before starting teacher training in 2015 will cover the shortall in mat pay so I can have around a year off. Would consider returning after 9 months but will coincide with him attending a 6 week unpaid residential teacher training course far from home. I know other people manage as single parents but if we can avoid that stress until he's back home I'd prefer it.
Do you know what though? Other people do it, we'll do it. We are MSE after all! :money: it's just thinking creativelyMet DH to be 2010
