Congrats Rummer hope little man is OK and you tell us all about it when you can.
Good luck with your appointment Becca!
AFM I can't shake of the hormonal tears! Came into work at 7 and was crying by 7:20 over an email which in the grand scheme of things is probably trivial but I found very critical! Ended up sending a massive defensive email back! Can't wait to get out of this stupid place, unfortunately I've another 17 weeks to endure it

Congratulations Rummer! Hope your little man is doing well and that you get to bring him home soon
And good luck nickit, are you in touch with the delivery suite? How long do they want you to leave it before going in?
AFM, very glad today I work from home, as can't be bothered to do anythingStayed up late (!) last night to watch Sherlock and paying for it today after getting up early to take DD to school so DH could have a lie-in, so a lazy day here playing with teeny baby clothes I think!

Good appt at midwife today, fave lady was back again and all well with baby. 3/5 engaged though she said that doesn't mean much as they often move the last little bit as you start labour. She did say baby felt tall which made me smile (hubby is 6ft8!)
Now wasting time in town til ante natal meet up at 12. Got a hot chocolate and going to have a browse in the shops after a little sit!fran-o0 -

I'm only 18 weeks (today!) and I'm expecting the "how are you messages to start at about 30 weeks.
Had my "16" week appointment today and everything is fine.Met a different midwife and found out that there are only two midwives that don't work 8-5, but there are over 100 midwives for this area! Still wont affect me having a home birth! They refuse to send someone out, they are responsible for anything that goes wrong, and the hospital won't take that chance. So, seems that the midwives don't like home births, but the consultant does! Crazy system here...
