I have no idea how much I weigh now! Maybe I should!
I'm in a lot of pain in my pelvis this week, finding it increasingly difficult to move and certainly not quickly! Can't believe how close my due date is now
36+2First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
I've put on a little over 2st so far and it all appears to be bum, thighs, boobs and bump.
Boob wise I've gone up one back size (although I measure two back sizes bigger) and three cup sizes. My bump is neat and all at the front but feels massive and I think my hips/thighs/bum have all gained an inch or so.
Have to say that at least 8-10lbs is 'holiday' weight though as I put on about 4/5lbs when I went to Belgium for a week in August and then have had two tournament weekends which have each meant plenty of snacks and big-ish meals (usually at a Harvester or a take away!)
I have given up worrying though and just plan to walk loads and adapt my eating slightly once baby is here. Just trying to kick the sweet cravings at the minute, so much easier in the summer with more fruit in season and cheaper etc. Carbs and sweets are my downfall!
I have been awake since 3am, every so often baby would move as if to tell me to as she wasn't comfy and then she was lying low across my bump - or that's how it felt - rather than head down to the right as she has been for a while.
I am now knackered and need to get the enthusiasm together to get ready for work and our 3d scan this afternoon!************************************
Daughter born 26/03/14
Son born 13/02/210 -
I've put on just under a stone and a half so far, I'm 23+5, but up until my BFP I had been really working hard at losing weight, working out 5 times a week and being fairly strict with the calorie control, so I'm sure some of that will be natural weight gain from moving less and eating more rather than pregnancy weight gain. I've tried not to eat everything in sight, but have had a real craving for carbs, and am not going to beat myself up about eating too much just now.0

How much weight do the experts usually say you're supposed to put on throughout pregnancy? I'm assuming mine is normal but have no reference point!!
I'm being kicked a lot now, at certain times during the day as well. OH is a little jealous, he felt her once and since then he hasn't felt any kicks - it's like she waits for him to put his hand on my belly and then stops moving!!! OH is not impressed!!
I'm looking forward to the 1lb in boobage that kynthia has written about still waiting for that lol

I've never been weighed apart from at my booking in appt.0 -
I have put on 5kg so far. I feel like its more like weight redistribution though as I have a bust as I said and I have this orange peel all over the tops of my legs. I seem to be 'storing' weight in my hips, tops of legs and bottom. My top half is still the same apart from the visable chest!
This weather is so bad - I was awake a lot last night as the wind was so strong!3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

Eeek, I'm 9th on the list! time is flying away! She also had a stretchy wrap for carrying baby around and showed us how to use one. Think I'm going to get one of these. Anyone got any recommendations of using one before?
I have a moby wrap sjlou which I got on with with DS (although I now kick myself for paying full price), I also have a bjorn carrier too. The moby takes practice to put on! Have a look to see you if you have a sling library near you then you can try out different slings and get advice how to fit them properly - its certainly worth the effort.
I hope you don't go too overdue 9ja4life!
I think I must be one of the few that really doesn't care about my weight gain. Haven't weighed myself and just think that my body's doing what it's supposed to and I have the next 30 years to worry about my weight while I'll only get the next year to enjoy the last weeks of being pregnant and having a little baby.
Apart from eating as sensibly as possible and going for walks I don't intend to step on a pair of scales for at least 6 months.Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

I think thats a great attitude!! Unfortunately I couldn't trust by body to do the right thing and had to weigh myself to check I wasn't losing too much weight due to the hyperemesis. It was one of the agreements with my doctor to avoid hospital so now I'm actually enjoying that I'm putting on weight. I still don't look 7 months pregnant but from the feel of it baby has pushed my vital organs aside to fit in!!
Btw - is anyone else getting pain/numbness in their joints at night? My hips have been bad from pgp but in the last few weeks my knees have started hurting and now my elbows0
