    Don't give up, when you've reached the bottom the only way to go is back up
  • Thanks LFS, it was kinda okay, but they have squeezed too many people into a tiny room so it's very clautrophhobic and makes me feel quite panicky :-/

  • Once again I have fallen behind on updating;

    So, Friday

    Started therapy, in a room that is not well designed for it's purpose at all but that is budgets cuts for you when the NHS sells a very good building and replaces it's mental health services in an ex-Estates building. I seem to have simulataneously marked myself out as a trouble maker and dissident and a caring, helpful, insightful person in the space of one session :rotfl:
    Friday's Goals
    1) NSD 15
    2) No sales or surveys. Too difficult to do them on the IPad really tbh.
    3) 8798 steps
    4) Lots and lots of water

    Saturday update
    I had an unexpected visit from an old college friend yesterday. It was nice to see him (although I rapidly remembered why I don't see him too often...he talks non-stop about comics, which is fine when it's the stuff I'm into or the marvel films, less fine when it's DC and stuff that doesn't interest me). But it was nice to see a change of face and we went for a looong walk in the afternoon (yes, I have a sunburnt forehead :cool:).

    Saturday Goals

    1) NSD 16
    2) I sold a jar of lime and kiwi marmalade :T:T:T:T
    3) 14481 steps
    4) Pints and pints of water...that walk was really hot!

    Getting a lot better at not snacking, although I am still telling myself that I can snack if I want to I think that I am going to have a lot of my grocery budget left over this week because I didn't even want to go to the market stall and look for snacks of buy junk food this week (I still have most of that packet of bourbons!)

    Goals;

    2) Drizzled on and off so didn't put the stall out, did a survey on swagbucks though.
    3) 5947 steps today
    4) mmmmm....water!

    Tired tonight, hopefully it'll mean I sleep well!

    Hey MBG, well done on the steps and water and weight loss, and am glad things have settled a bit with meds since I last visited.
    Am treating myself to little catch-ups before doing dreaded creditor letters

  • Just a quickie
    1) spendy day, bought baccy and a chicken and some veg for my lunches...took up 3/4 of my grocery budget and am determined it will do at least 10 meals.
    2) Sold 1 jar of strawberry jam today and vivitic finally paid out so could pay 1% off the capitol one card! :D
    3) 8713 steps today, part volunteering, part gardening, part just pacing round and round the garden like a teddy bear...
    4) still on the straight and narrow with the water!

  • So now to think of goals for June;

    1) 6 NSD Achieved 18 NSD! (today is one when I do today's update)
    2) 3% extra to be made and paid off card Not achieved, paid off 2% extra, mostly due to getting lazy on the surveys and jam sales plummetting
    3) 4000 steps a day Achieved on most Days
    4) Cut out fruit juice with the evening meal. Achieved!

    I can't believe June has gone already!

    July's goals;

    1) 10 NSD
    2) Pay off an extra 2% off capitol one card
    3) Jumping to 7000 steps a day as for the last two weeks have done 6000-8000
    4) Debated long and hard on what to do with this one, it was a toss up between eat breakfast and eat a minimum amount of veg each day....but breakfast has won. So for the next month I will have *something* for breakfast each day

  • Been too hot for much walking but managed 7000 steps, still on water, no extra money made and a NSD.

    Kinda a nothing day really.

    Excited for my new goals though!
