Not a LBM but awareness of heading towards debt crisis

Hey hun, sorry I've sort of vanished lately and not been keeping up on how you're doing. Sorry they are still being difficult, but I'm glad you've managed to get some sleep and got an appointment. I always find I drink more on meds, especially the kind that make you feel drunk and drowsy. I think your body responds to the drunk feeling thinking you need water to help your body rehydrate from the alcohol, even though you've not actually been drinking haha.
Well done on managing another 1%!
I had a letter telling me one of my debts has gone up by £15, I paid the £15 today and apparently that's 5.5% of that debt. I'm definitely preferring your method of looking at the individual debts. It helps me feel more motivated and I'm enjoying making the overpayments.
I've finally removed the fresh start challenge from my signature, I was doing it for Him instead of me and that's sort of against my attempts to become my own person again. I've got to make an appointment with the doctor for later this month to get more hayfever meds so I will ask while I'm there if they have had my paperwork through yet so we can discuss medicating me again.
My sleep pattern has gone horrible again now I'm living alone, I'm not used to the silence and all my motivation for getting up and doing housework has sort of fizzled away too. I like living alone but it also feels like a bit too much pressure to do unmedicated. So I'm thinking re-medicate and then I can start to get myself organised. Then I can think about reducing doses etc. Rather than trying to do it all alone while unstable. No more making the same mistakes!

Just to let you know I've read, I'll do a proper reply later, but between morning appt and doing foodbank this afternoon I feel like I've been hit by a sledge hammer and won't make much sense.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0

Okay, update,
The meeting with my CPN went surprisingly well, obviously not everything made it into my notes (i.e. she had no idea about bereavements or loss of job of how/why I got put onto clonazepam in the first place) she was also shocked that I got put on it without a plan to get me off it again or a review immediately booked. She's pleased that the increase of meds is holding me more steady and we talked about how we need to work out a plan to get me off them once I have settled down. I don't know if I mentioned that the long awaited therapy group starts next week?
NotNormal- see I told you that looking at it as percentages helps with the positivity of debt busting! I understand what you are saying, I will find it a hard adjustment when I am well enough to go home, I usually find it hard adjusting again in March after just a month of not living alone. I know it's old school but would a radio alarm clock in another room help you to get up in the morning? I know what you mean about silence, I always have my TV on when I'm living alone, even if I'm not really watching it, just for the company. Take things one bit at a time. Have you heard of the 15 minute challenge? Set a timer for 15 minutes and do housework just for those 15 minutes and see how much you can get done. 15 minutes a day will soon get a lot done and it's just a small amount of time.
As long as you have a plan, and get dr to agree to it that sounds like a good idea hun

Thanks Dansmam, the increase of meds has really settled me down, as well as feeling like people are finally listening to what I am saying at last
