Well my bedroom is tidy now, no progress on essay.
Starting to feel quite stressed and sad about selling my car :( which is kinda silly, but it's my first car and it's my baby and I'm going to get so little for it, but it's really not worth the cost of fixing it up to get it through the mot.

Just having a sad day, I'm really tired and meh and it all just seems never-ending.

I'm sorry marsbar, but you need to clear out to get yourself into a better place mind wise and then maybe you can start afresh.
    Must use my stash up!
  • I lost 1lb this week, just with the giving up sugary drinks again.

Tried and failed to jump my car today, dad's going to get some oil to pour on the engine as he thinks that will help. Apparently just running the car without driving it will recharge the battery.

Knitwitch, thanks for reading, I know I need to get to a better place, and a new car was going to be on the cards this year anyway. I'm finally getting somewhere with my mental health complaint, a Dr from the adjoining trust wants to talk to me as he is the lead investigator. Which is good but nerve racking.

I just can't shake a feeling of foreboding that something terrible is about to happen or that something isn't right, which tbh seems to be a marker of my mental health issues.

Doing well in the NST challenge I think, bagged 3NSD already and today should make a fourth :)

  • Had an unexpected bill today so shoved it on the credit card....now to try and come £115 under budget this month to neutralize that!

Meeting the strange Dr on Wednesday, very nervous about it!
