So, apparently it comes down to a choice between continuing going to a group where the head of psychological services bullies me, or being discharged from mental health services altogether. Not a happy bunny.

In other news I will be doing that craft fair at mum's place of work so looking at presentation boxes to order for that...just debating how many I need!

I told my keyworker, I've brought it up before.
Along with Dad wrote a letter last night stating that I am not refusing treatment I'm refusing to be bullied which has been sent to my psychiatrist, the complaints manager, my gp and my mp.

Made mojito marmalade last night. I really need to get back into the reading for my uni essay due on the 7th but struggling to find energy for it.

Aaaand I did another disappearing act, sort of.
I finished that essay, need to get started on the next one really.

Today's task is making jam ready for the craft fair tomorrow, I ordered a few presentation boxes, so I'll make some up but also take some along empty so people can choose their own pairs of jars to go in them.

I need to update my signature, cleared my overdraft a while ago but have run up new debt on one of my credit cards...I also haven't dared to weigh myself in an age!

Blanket is coming along nicely. Going to try and finish it this week.

Not much progress made on mental health but we are going down the route of a formal complaint and have the mp involved...So we shall see what happens. I feel like I've been playing this game of wait and see with my treatment for years now.

Craft fair wasn't so great, covered my costs but not much over that.
Not finished blanket yet, it's getting big and tiresome to work on.

Finally updated my signature, and have signed up for the January NST challenge to try and get myself back on track.

To do list for January:

1) Sell car and cancel tax, insurance etc as I'm unlikely to be fit to drive any time soon.
2) Cancel tv license for caravan as not going back there.
3) Find storage space at reasonable price
4) Empty caravan, sell/give back to site so I don't have to pay site fees next year.
5) Write final essay for barbarians in the west
6) Contact student support re dissertation concessions to work out new deadlines and a plan of action
7) Do all this without murdering mother or self.

Found the paperwork I need for selling the car last night, and dad was going to look up the auction place where he and mum sell their old cars. Need to get it over there this week as the mot runs out next Saturday. A bit sad to see my first car go, but there's no point in keeping it, and it costs a couple of hundred to get it through the mot each year.

Today my plan is to sort my room out some more, go shopping with mum and buy a new sheet and some groceries and smokes, and make a start on that essay.

Well my bedroom is tidy now, no progress on essay.
Starting to feel quite stressed and sad about selling my car which is kinda silly, but it's my first car and it's my baby and I'm going to get so little for it, but it's really not worth the cost of fixing it up to get it through the mot.

Just having a sad day, I'm really tired and meh and it all just seems never-ending.
