Long tiring day today in the heat which meant that I crashed out and fell asleep for a couple hours at 7pm and am now wide awake :mad:
Therapy went well, I suggested a change around of the furniture which the other clients agreed with, which makes the room appear much bigger and less claustrophobic
I think this week I marked myself out as empathetic and helpful, a lot of us have problems leaving the house because of what we think others think of us, often appearance related, so I shared about how I did some self-love yesterday for the first time in a long time and how building our self-esteem can help us with the explicit mentalising (what we think others are thinking) as we feel better about ourselves.
Foodbank was...frazzling. Only one client but a lot to do in the warehouse to prepare for the tesco collection, overall I think I managed very well with it, but it exhausted me, it is so hot upstairs, even with 2 fans going that I drank 1.5 litres of water in 4 hours and still didn't have that straw coloured pee you're meant to aim for. In other news, I now have been trusted with a full set of foodbank keys by the warehouse manager while he is on holiday
mwah ha ha ha ha
Another female courgette flower opened and also got artificially inseminated
my tomato plants have fallen over so must tie them further up to their canes tomorrow, just didn't have the energy before it got dark.
Onto goals then;
1) spend day- bought a bottle of water in town to go with the chips Dad treated me to-but went over the road to the newsagents where it would be cheaper :money:
2) no progress made...been far to busy actually doing stuff today!
3) 9820 steps
4) slice of toast with marmite for breakfast.
Must do the chicken carcass in the slow cooker for soup tomorrow, not setting it up now cuz I still have the chicken pasta sauce and pasta for lunch tmrw...which reminds me, I really should go put that in the fridge!
One step at a time and I'll get there.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Glad the therapy went well

And you're right, one step at a time and you will get there

Whoops, forgot to post last night.
Goals;
1) NSD 3
2) no money making done
3) 7585 steps
4) marmite on toast for breakfast.
The rain earlier has really cooled everything down, so put my little stall out, fingers crossed for some sales!Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Today's update...
1) NSD 4...I don't count paying the mins or anything off CC as spends
2) Made £13 on the longest survey in the history of surveys...I wanted to blow my brains out by the end! But I just need to get up to £5 on SB-another 200ish points and I'll have a % to pay off. No jam sales.
3) 7282 steps today
4) marmite on toast again.
Sorting tesco collection for Foodbank tomorrow, got a portion of chicken breast out of the freezer to make my lunch-chicken salad...yum!
Still not got around to turning that carcass into stock, only just finished the half of the pasta sauce that I didn't freeze today! Must have a sniff of it later and chuck it in the slow cooker.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
My legs are killing me from foodbank, and I've got more to do with it tomorrow...may have taken too much on
1) spend day today, got some water and salad bits
2) no earnings today but mum has asked me if I want an advance on my inheritance to pay off my credit cards....
3) currently at 7478 steps...but lots of squatting with 20 kg crates!
4) Shredded wheat and banana as the bread was moldy...not as easy to eat while making a salad as toast would have been!Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
:T to the squatting with 20kg crates! I was weightlifting bags of 2l lemonade bottles at the weekend - good to be able to combine helpful tasks with exercise, eh?:TI have borrowed from my future self

I gave Mum the list of my two CC debts and their current total.
I'd rather not take it, but it takes the pressure off me NOW and means I stop paying these ridiculous interest rates...
I plan to keep the debts in my signature though until I have saved the same amount that I woudl have paid off (minus the interest)Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0
