It's all sorted out now. You can live the life you want, not the life that suits someone else. Get going!

Feeling stronger today, less waivering anyway. Work was a bit disrupted as they have taken my mannequin to use in the new shop they are opening in Bedford. They have taken a lot of my stuff, and some that wasn't actually ready to go!
    I struggled without the mannequin.
We are soon to move to above a shop in Kettering Road, so even further for me to go. If there is no parking and I have to pay to park it will no longer be cost effective for me to work there. So I beret get my skates on and work harder here at home.

DGD is going to her Grandad on Friday, so I am going to go to Cornwall, to see twin2, and see that she is ok. Booked myself a B&b, and although it's going to be a very long drive it will put my mind at rest that she is safe, and I can see where she actually is.
    Boy I'm suddenly doing things!

Haven't posted in ages Mooloo but have been reading.

Would it be possible to get to Cornwall by coach? It would save you driving and be more relaxing for you ;)

Now you know what you've been prevented from doing you may more easily understand that you've been living with a mill stone round your neck.
Drive safely, the roads will be very busy, with slow moving traffic.

Thanks ladies, I will pack ready to go as soon as DGD is collected by her grandad, although we chose the worst weekend out as it's the Silverstone Grandprix, so the roads here are closed half the time, or the A43 is oneway, all roads go into Silverstone from both directions, so we will have long queues through small back lanes and villages, it will depend on when her grandad makes it through the traffic before I can leave.
I will email the B &B to warn I may be late, or I will be sleeping in the car!

Wow, I must be one Lucky lady, my lovely Dad was talking to me on Skype, and I told him, well and my Mum, about my breakup and my holiday with DGD, and he said he would send me a little something for my Birthday, which is in 3 weeks time, and when I logged into my bank this morning he's given me £700!!! Half the cost of my holiday back!!
I could dance a reel round the room. What a wonderful Dad I have. I'm amazed, bless them! Birthdays are usually something small at about £20 -£30!!
My Mum said "he's too controlling!- about ExBF".
Seems everyone has the same opinion then!
Gosh I feel so excited, that I am going on some adventure now.
And I have already transferred the money into the savings pot ready to pay off the CC when the bill comes in.
Grinning from ear to ear, what a way to start the day, and a new month!!

How lovely, and a big :kisses3:to dad (if that's all right with you ;))
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I won't complain!!! Now I suppose I should be judging men on the way my lovely dad is!!
I am still grinning from ear to ear, and can't believe how lucky I am!
